•Opening registration at Conference 2012 and providing incentives for registering early

•Expansion of careers programme: Careers Director

•Social justice aspect added to Education portfolio

•Splitting accommodation across multiple providers

•High costs of holding a conference in Perth

•High costs of travel to Perth

•Sponsorship arrangements: minors and WA-only corporates (e.g. Squire Sanders, Jackson McDonald)
