PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS In submitting a request for rebate, the contractor/company confirms to have read, understood and accepted the following Program Terms & Conditions: 1) This IKO promotion is offered only on IKO

shingles purchased in conjunction with IKO PRO4 Roofing Components by professional roofing/remodeling contractors between January 1, 2019, and December 31, 2019.

2) Offer applies to professional roofing/remodeling contractors only. Homeowners are not eligible for this IKO rebate.

3) An original or copy of your distributor invoice must be supplied as proof of purchase and must include name of roofing or remodeling company, job address, size and quantity of qualifying products. All proof-of-purchase invoice submittals must include at leastthree qualifying IKO Roofing Components in a quantity that is reasonably sufficient to support the number of squares on the project. Submittals with bundle and/or roll quantities that fall below what is reasonably expected for the project size may be subject to additional verification or may be rejected.

4) Rebates and cash bonuses are calculated on qualified (whole) square purchases up to a maximum of 100 squares per job.

5) Redemption for promotion must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2019.
