Ryan has been in the recruiting industry since 2005 with his first six years focused on regional search in the Midwest United States. Prior to joining the recruiting industry, he worked in the aerospace industry for PCC Airfoil, in an operations role.

Ryan’s hands-on experience in manufacturing along with a pedigree for winning has been invaluable to his clients as he supports their quest for hiring top talent. Ryan is well trained in project management and he is Lean Process Certified.
