HYDROCEROL® en injection

EQUIPEMENT ET PROCESS:

– Les HYDROCEROL® peuvent être utilisés sur toutes les presses à injecter

– Buse à obturateur, pour éviter le moussage avant injection

– Les buses et l’alimentation doivent être aussi courtes que possible pour permettre un remplissage rapide du moule

– Bons events

– Acier du moule suffisamment protégé contre la corrosion



HYDROCEROL® en injection « classique »

PARAMETRES IMPORTANTS:

Température profile

– Dépend de l’HYDROCEROL® utilisé, les informations se trouvent sur les fiches techniques

Volume injecté

– Doit être réduit pour laisser de la place au gaz de s’expanser

Vitesse d’injection

– Aussi rapide que possible pour éviter les marques de givrure en surface de la pièce

Pression de maintien

– Doit être aussi faible que possible (dans l’idéal 0) pour permettre l’expansion des gaz dans le moule

Contre-pression

– Une pression peut-être appliquée pour éviter un moussage prématuré

➢ Recommandation : utilisation d’une buse à obturateur pour contrôler le recul de la vis
