vehicles when merging or changing lanes without turning his or her head. • The mirror automatically reduces the headlight glare of trailing vehicles
by 50% and clamps over most standard rear view mirrors without requiring tools or adhesives. 15 3/4" W x 2 3/4" H x 3/4" D. (10 oz.)

SWOT
STRENGTHS: • This mirror is new in India. So it
has first mover advantage. • This mirror provides a broad 180
degree view so that driver can easily remain aware of the vehicles around them.
• The mirror also reduces the glare of the headlight from trailing vehicle leading to a clear unobstructed field.
WEAKNESS: • There is special sensors already
provided in luxury/ premium cars. So this mirror is not suitable for luxury cars.
• Since this mirror is designed with the purpose to reduce accidents, it may not be that successful.
OPPORTUNITIES: • This kind of mirror is useful
in all geographical area.• Use of sensors to solve
parking problem. It is suitable for other target groups.
• It may also be used for research purposes and If used wisely and promoted properly on social media, it will be a huge success in the market.
THREATS: • Cost will be high. Since it is
sold by Amazon, its competition will increase in this field. Since it is new to the market, the market demand is low.
• Driver’s task load increases during driving. It is subject to vandalism & thefts.

new market.
AUGMENTED PRODUCTNo blind spot rear view mirror has an augmented feature of a panoramic view allows the driver to continuously monitor adjacent vehicles when merging or changing lanes without turning his or her head.
POTENTIAL PRODUCT No blind spot rear view mirror with sensors These sensors will monitor the sides and rear of the
vehicle approaching from behind and use an indicator to warn the driver with lights mounted in either side-view or rear-view mirror or the door.
FUTURE DEVELOPMENT
• The blind-spot detection device developed by Advanced technology products of Toronto, Ontario, employs a patented passive infrared sensor technology that can sense thermal energy released from the tires of the vehicle while moving.• The temperature difference is used for turning on the red light
to warn the driver. Most of the automobile manufacturers consider employing radar-based sensors as these radars cover a wide area from the vehicle's side to the rear and have the potential to differentiate mobile and stationary objects
