The stylish All Saints Estate Marquee is THE place to enjoy the polo with friends. Guests will enjoy all the action in this chic and vibrant marquee, located in prime viewing position.

The marquee includes all day gourmet food, premium beverages (including a range of superb All Saints Estate wines), music, player appearances and a large outdoor garden area. Attend by yourself, with a partner or a large group of friends – there is nothing to organise, just relax and enjoy a fabulous day of polo.

The Polo Lounge Marquee is the perfect way to enjoy Vineyard Polo with friends.

The Polo Lounge is fully furnished & full of fun, located in a great viewing position immediately beside the Polo Ground. Marquee includes outdoor garden area, music, player appearances, with a great range of food and drinks available to purchase from the cash bar.

The Polo Lounge is the perfect place for you and your friends to get together and experience all the excitement of a day at the polo.

The General Admission area is located in an excellent viewing position immediately beside the polo ground. Bring a chair or picnic rug and enjoy all the polo action whilst enjoying the relaxed country hospitality. Pre-order a superb All Saints Estate gourmet picnic hamper, purchase from the cash bar, or self-cater. Please note Vineyard Polo is a fully licenced event so strictly no BYO alcohol.

NB. Vineyard Polo is an over 18 event and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All Saints Estate will be providing free child entertainment activities outside the polo event precinct.

Entertain your guests in style whilst enjoying all the polo action. Your Private Marquee comes complete with corporate style marquee, picket fenced garden area and market umbrellas.

The Private Marquee is ideal for hosting clients, work get-togethers, groups of friends, social clubs, hens parties, sporting groups etc. Located immediately beside the polo ground, your marquee & garden area increase in size as your guest numbers increase.

Package includes:• Entry ticket, event program and free car parking for each of your guests• Hospitality site complete with premium quality marquee, white picket

fenced garden area in front of marquee with large market umbrellas for shade, 2 x trestle tables with linen cloths.

TERMS & CONDITIONSThese Terms and Conditions (“T’s and C’s”) govern all tickets purchased to the 2016 Vineyard Polo Event (“The Event”) including marquee package tickets. The T’s and C’s will be printed in an abbreviated form on the tickets and in the case of any conflict between these “T’s and C’s and the abbreviated form, these T’s and C’s will prevail. The promoter of the Event is TLA-ESP ABN 36 603 385 575 (“The Promoter”) and the official ticketing agent is TLA-ESP Pty Ltd (collectively “The Sellers”). 1. The sale of any ticket is final and non-refundable except as outlined in condition 6 of these T’s and C’s. The Sellers reserve the right to not replace or accept any ticket that is lost, stolen, forgotten, damaged, defaced or tampered with. 2. Warning - Polo is a dangerous sport and accidents can happen. There is a risk of an accident causing injury, death or property damage or economic loss. 3. The Ticket Holder assumes all risk associated with or incidental to attendance at the Event (which also includes assuming the risk of participation in any event activities such as sponsor activations) and provides the following release to The Sellers and all other people involved in the conduct, promotion and organization of the Event including sponsors, competitors, staff and the venue operators (“The Released Parties”) (all Released Parties to include where relevant all directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and affiliated companies and their respective personnel) To the extent permitted by law, I waive all rights, claims, action which I have nor or in the future and release the Released Parties from any personal injury, death (including wrongful death), property damage or loss of any nature whatsoever sustained by me as a result of my attendance at the Event with the exception of any gross negligence of the Released Parties and I will indemnify and keep Indemnified the Released Parties in respect of any legal liability they may have (whether under tort, statute, contract, negligence, equity or otherwise) to any third party which arises from or out of my attendance at the Event or my involvement or participation in any event activities). 4. The Promoter reserves the right to change the format and content of the Event and the Sellers will not be liable to any Ticket Holder for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential damage) suffered as a result of or arising from or in any way connected to cancellation, postponement or change to the Event. 5. Subject to condition 6 below, payments made to the Sellers for tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances. For example refunds will not be issued for the non-appearance of a player, a variation or cancellation of part of the program or activities, adverse weather or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Sellers. 6. The Promoter will refund payments made by Ticket Holders for Tickets only if the entire Event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled or replaced with an alternative offering. 7. Nothing in these T’&C’s affects Ticket Holders rights under the Schedule 2 to the Competition Act, 2010 (Cth) or similar legislation regarding consumer guarantees, implied conditions and warranties to the extent that such consumer guarantees, implied conditions or warranties cannot be excluded by law. 8. Marquee Facilities and tickets to the Event must not, without the prior written consent of the Sellers, be offered for resale, resold or packaged or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. 9. Corporate signage permitted to be located outside a non-sponsor marquee is restricted to the front fence identification sign supplied in the package by the promoter. 10. The Event is a licensed event and anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. Childrens’ tickets can only be bought with an adult (parent or guardian) ticket. Legal guardianship requires the adult guardian to be the bearer of a letter from the parent designating guardianship for the duration of the Event. Children’s tickets are sold on the age of the child at the time of the Event and not at the time of purchase and the Ticket Holder acknowledges that children may not be able to enter some areas of the Event due to safety or responsible service of alcohol reasons as determined by The Promoter in its absolute discretion. 11. The promoter retains the right to refuse entry or access to the venue and eject patrons at any time. 12. Underage drinkers, excessive drinkers, illegal drug users or patrons displaying antisocial behavior may be ejected or dealt with by event security and/or police. 13. Purchasers of marquee packages are required to use the promoter appointed official suppliers. Barlens is the preferred Event furniture hiring company and no other unauthorised furniture hirer will be permitted on-site without The Promoter’s permission. Pinchos Catering is the preferred Event caterer and no other unauthorised caterer will be permitted on-site without The Promoter’s permission. 14. The following items cannot be brought into the Event without prior written consent from the promoter – tents, any type of shade structure, market/ café umbrellas. Tickets holders found with prohibited items may be refused entry, ejected or have those items confiscated. 15. The Event site is an area of TOTAL FIRE BAN. Patron’s detected using flame including bbq’s, fires or gas bottles may be fined by the Fire Authorities and will be ejected from the Event. 16. Ticket holders attending the Event acknowledge that their name, image and likeness is likely to be photographed or recorded in a number of media not limited to video, audio and still recording (“Images”) and and agrees that perpetual use may be made, free of charge of Images and waives on an irrevocable basis all rights to object to such recording, printing and broadcasting of Images in any media and grants a royalty free licence to The Sellers to use the Ticket holder’s image and likeness in relation to any marketing and advertising materials, in any live or recorded television or other media or in any form of reproduction associated in whole or part of the Event. 17. Ticket holder consents to the collection, storage and processing of their personal information in accordance with TLA-ESP’s privacy policy and such information will be used for the administration of event, and the promotion of the event and until such a time as the Ticket Holder otherwise notifies the sellers, each Ticket Holder consent to receiving future promotional and marketing material from the Sellers. 18. Dogs and other pets are not permitted in All Saints Estate or the polo event precinct.
