Eight.......

On the airplane flying out looking everywhere about I was eight

Landing down so excitedWhen I saw my family extra excitedI ran and hugged my grandpaI was eight

We drove to his house with hopeI opened the house door with hopeI ran and hugged my grandmaI was eight

Eight .......continued

I heard a knock on the doorit was my aunt and cousinI hugged them and lead them towards insideI was eight

I went and slept over at the houseand fell asleep like kittenI was eightI had to go home I was sadI begged and begged to staybut my mom just stood there mad

We went home so sad and cried homebut my mom said it was the time to gobut I didn't want to go home

I sat there nine.
