Hair is the most important part of our body image, and we spend a lot of time and money on making itlook right, or on fighting the loss of it. We all knowabout ‘bad hair’ days and over the years I, likemany, have experimented with different hair cuts, styles and some colours. But how often do we thinkabout the function of hair, of why it is actuallygrowing on our body and head?

In the book ‘Direktiven’ (Directives) [1] Billy dedi-cates two chapters to our hair. On pages 92 to 97in the chapter titled ‘Parasiten, Reinlichkeit,Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), Billy explains that we canusually keep parasites at bay because we haveadept fingers and hands, little hair and the habit ofwashing ourselves with soap and water. As a ruleour basic hygiene measures keep us free fromparasites and it is not often that we are befallen byfleas, lice or diseases. But it does happenoccasionally, and Billy states that if we really wantto be clean, then we should remove the hair fromthose areas, where they naturally hinder goodhygiene and constitute a breeding place forparasites, where hair has not disappeared yet and

have remained as an inconvenient vestige of theearly development of the human body.According to Billy, since the earliest times ofdevelopment our body has been haired sparsely, whereas based on Darwin’s irrational teachings, scientists claim that the human being’s bodies werevery hairy. The truth is that the human body wasonly hairy in those areas where it was necessary;therefore it was hairy on the head, on the face, inthe axilla, on the chest, back, arms, legs and in thegenital area. Depending on environmentalconditions, the hair would grow thicker or thinner. But also the body’s own reasons are importantfactors, for example, the axilla’s hair is veryimportant for the regulation of sweat in that areaand should never be removed. The pubic hair onthe other hand, grew to protect the genital areafrom the sun, the cold, the fluids of plants and soforth. Today we do not require that hair anymore, and according to the ‘Direktiven’ this bothersomevestige of earlier times should be removed, because it is a breeding ground for illnesses andparasites.

Page 5: All About Hair - Billy Meierau.figu.org/content/All About Hair.pdf · Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), ... since the earliest times

3

Since the climatic, environmental and culturalconditions have changed, this protection offered byhair is not required anymore and has become asource of annoyance, epidemics and diseases.Through a most rapid development of the humanbeing on Earth, through inner and outer influencesin many forms, the human consciousnessdeveloped rather quickly, with which the bodycould not keep pace and remained far behind theconsciousness-based progress. Also the planet andall its important influences developed on par withthe human consciousness-based progress, wherebythe body, which develops and changes at a slowerrate, lagged behind.

Therefore the body has not shed all of its protectivemeasures from earlier times, which naturallyshould have happened, in particular, with the pubichair. Modern people, or the people influenced bycivilisation, have retained the pubic hair, which is incontrast to more primitive people, who followed thecourse of normal development and whose bodiestherefore developed at the same rate as theirconsciousness. Today on Earth some primitivecultures can be found, where, depending on the

4

level of their consciousness-evolution, their pubichair has become sparse in its growth or is a thingof the past and does not grow anymore at all. Fromthat it is most obvious, how low the level ofevolution of the human being must be in order forthe pubic hair to disappear naturally, and how bigthe gap between the development of theconsciousness and the body of modern man is.Furthermore, Billy explains that the genital area ofthe human body requires special attention andcleanliness. First of all greatest attention andimportance must be placed on freeing the entiregenital area of the pubic hair, because it isoutdated, inconvenient and unhygienic. It can bedone by hair removal products, or even better by awet shave, which is the best method for clean hairremoval according to Billy. This brings backmemories for me, when I was on placement at thewomen’s hospital during my nurses’ training. Weoften had to shave a patient’s genital area inpreparation for a gynaecological procedure, thusreducing the bacteria and the risk of infection. However, we never had to shave the Muslimas, because they do it customarily.

Page 7: All About Hair - Billy Meierau.figu.org/content/All About Hair.pdf · Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), ... since the earliest times

5

Billy goes on to explain that after the removal ofpubic hair, which should occur every three days, athorough wash is necessary, which can be followedby a light Eau De Cologne, an aftershave lotion orsimilar disinfectant. During the first two to threeweeks after the initial hair removal small itchyblisters may occur, which usually subside after ashort time, but which can be treated with a creamif necessary. The pubic hair should be shaved inthe direction of the growth, and not against it toreduce the risk of injury.

In conclusion Billy reiterates that the genital areawarrants special attention and cleanliness toprevent infestation with parasites or infections anddiseases, and therefore it should not only be freedof its hair but also be washed thoroughly twice aday.

Under the heading ‘Removal of pubic hair innumbers’ Billy states that on Earth already a greatnumber of human beings remove their pubic hair orhave lost it as part of their natural development. In1983 he obtained the following data from the

cosmic storage bank on human beings withoutpubic hair:

Religious reasons - 764 382 126 personsOther reasons - 6 738 461 personsNatural evolution - 671 024 personsTruth-knowing reasons - 3 670 407 personsCleanliness reasons - 2 146 002 persons

The ‘Schamhaarblossheit’ (absence of pubic hair)has appreciable advantages, which the hairedperson does not experience, and which Billy lists asfollows:

1. Absence of pubic hair gives the best possibleprotection from parasites, which exclusively andusually establish themselves in the pubic area.

2. Absence of pubic hair gives the human being afeeling of being free, unburdened and airy inregards to bodily freedom.

3. Absence of pubic hair gives the human being thefeeling and security of best hygienic cleanliness.

Page 9: All About Hair - Billy Meierau.figu.org/content/All About Hair.pdf · Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), ... since the earliest times

7

4. Absence of pubic hair guarantees perfecthygienic cleaning of the genital area.

5. Absence of pubic hair ensures a finer and moresensitive “Gefühlsempfindung” (feeling of fine-spiritual perception) during sexual play orintercourse.

6. Absence of pubic hair ensures a more hygienicexamination and treatment by a doctor.

7. Absence of pubic hair and the associated correctcare ensure that unwanted odours are kept at bay(especially those owing to sweat or uncleanliness),through which other human beings could bebothered.

8. Absence of pubic hair ensures a hygienic sexualplay and intercourse in every regard.

9. Absence of pubic hair in general fosters a senseof well being of the body and psyche.

Billy concludes this chapter with the notion thatthese nine points are of great importance andworthwhile to consider.

In the chapter ‘Die Haare des Menschen’ (The hairof the human beings), Billy first explains thedifference between the finest hair that covers mostof our body, the so-called woolly-hair, the hair ofthe head (including eyebrows and beard) and thebody hair, which includes the hair under thearmpit, on the chest and around the genital area.He also explains that the growth of our hair, whether it is strong or weak, is determined by theevolutionary level and the masculinity or femininityof the respective person, because the hormonelevels are directed accordingly. Factors of race, sexual maturity and ability, climatic conditions,‘Wunschdenken’ (=wishful thinking) and so on, alsoplay a role in the amount of body hair we grow.Billy gives a few more details about the anatomy ofhair, the number of hairs on the head of the humanbeings (around 62 000) and a few other facts abouthair, into which I do not want to go further here(for further information on the facts of hair refer toan anatomy book). I just want to mention Billy’s

Page 11: All About Hair - Billy Meierau.figu.org/content/All About Hair.pdf · Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), ... since the earliest times

9

recommendation about the care of our hair, whichis to keep it hygienically clean without usingwashing aids that contain phosphate, soda, soap orperoxide, because they are damaging to thepigments. He states that washing the hair too oftenis damaging, but also not caring for it enough isdamaging. Billy does not name any alternatives nordoes he specify how much is too much or too little,so we have to work it out for ourselves.

We’ve learned now, that hair mainly has aprotective function, but recently I was intrigued byan article a friend pointed out to me. The articlewas written by C. Young and titled “The truth abouthair and why Indians would keep their hair long”[2]. In this article C. Young reports about a licensedpsychologist who worked at a VA Medical Hospital, and who came across certain studies commissionedby the government.

“It seems that during the Vietnam War SpecialForces in the war department had sent undercoverexperts to comb American Indian Reservationslooking for talented scouts, for tough young mentrained to move stealthily through rough terrain.

Page 12: All About Hair - Billy Meierau.figu.org/content/All About Hair.pdf · Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), ... since the earliest times

10

They were especially looking for men withoutstanding, almost supernatural, tracking abilities. Before being approached, these carefully selectedmen were extensively documented as experts intracking and survival.

Some of these Indian trackers were then enlisted.Once enlisted, an amazing thing happened.Whatever talents and skills they had possessed onthe reservation seemed to mysteriously disappear,as recruit after recruit failed to perform asexpected in the field. Serious casualties andfailures of performance led the government tocontract extensive testing of these recruits, andthis is what was found:

When questioned about their failure to perform asexpected, the older recruits replied consistentlythat when they received their required militaryhaircuts, they could no longer 'sense' the enemy, they could no longer access a 'sixth sense', their'intuition' no longer was reliable, they couldn't'read' subtle signs as well or access subtleextrasensory information.

Page 13: All About Hair - Billy Meierau.figu.org/content/All About Hair.pdf · Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), ... since the earliest times

11

So the testing institute recruited more Indiantrackers, let them keep their long hair, and testedthem in multiple areas. Then they would pair twomen together who had received the same scores onall the tests. They would let one man in the pairkeep his hair long, and gave the other man amilitary haircut. Then the two men retook thetests.

Time after time the man with long hair kept makinghigh scores. Time after time, the man with theshort hair failed the tests in which he hadpreviously scored high scores. As the reason for thisphenomena, C. Young explains that hair is anextension of the nervous system, and can be seenas exteriorized nerves, a type of highly evolved'feelers' or 'antennae' that transmit vast amountsof important information to the brain stem, thelimbic system, and the neocortex.”

The article concludes with the following comment:“SOTT cannot confirm this story or the research itsuggests took place, however, we have wonderedon many occasions, what is the use of hair and whyso many legends refer to hair as being a source of

Page 14: All About Hair - Billy Meierau.figu.org/content/All About Hair.pdf · Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), ... since the earliest times

12

strength, from Samson, to Nazarenes, to the LongHaired Franks.”

One answer to this can be found in the Pleiadian-Plejaren contact report 248, sentence 226 [3], inwhich Ptaah stated that hair represents anextremely sensitive factor of energy exchange andhealth.

So that means, once the Indian trackers had theirhair cut, their extremely sensitive factor of energyexchange was gone and they could not ‘sense’ theenemy anymore.

Hair also represents an extremely sensitive factorfor health, and some of you may already be awareof the health risk we take when we dye our hair.Only in November last year we were shocked bythe news that a young mother had collapsed andstopped breathing minutes after applying a homehair dye kit. [4] This had occurred less than a monthafter a 17 year old female collapsed and died, following a violent fit that struck her 20 minutesafter she coloured her hair. It is feared that thechemical para-phenylenediamine (PPD) – present

Page 15: All About Hair - Billy Meierau.figu.org/content/All About Hair.pdf · Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), ... since the earliest times

13

in 99 per cent of all hair dyes – may have causedthese reactions. An allergic reaction does notnecessarily start the first time a product is used. Itcan happen after several uses. PPD builds up in thebody system over time and can then cause asevere allergic reaction like an anaphylactic shock.

According to a study from Keck School of Medicineof University of Southern California (USC), [5]

women who regularly colour their hair withpermanent hair dyes – as well as hair stylists whowork with such chemicals – are also at greater riskfor bladder cancer. The study states that even afteradjusting for cigarette smoking (a known riskfactor in bladder cancer), women who usepermanent dyes at least once a month for one yearor longer have twice the risk of bladder cancer thannon-users. Monthly or more frequent users of 15 ormore years have three times that risk. Theincrease in bladder cancer risk also was observedin people who are exposed to hair dyes at work, such as barbers and hairdressers.

Let’s have a look at what Billy and our Plejarenfriends have to say about those things. In 1988

Page 16: All About Hair - Billy Meierau.figu.org/content/All About Hair.pdf · Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), ... since the earliest times

14

Billy and Quetzal talked about the dyeing of hair. Incontact 224 [6] Billy asked Quetzal about thesufferings that could be triggered through usinghair dyes.

Quetzal:

58. Not only does the dyeing of hair with naturaland chemical agents promote a variety of illnessesand sufferings, but also hazardous waste with itsdepositions of all kinds, water pollution, contamination of drinking water, and the saturationof food with chemicals, hormones, and antibiotics.

59. Thereby the most diverse types of cancer andvarious forms of allergies appear, just as much asdizziness, headaches, eczema and depressions, as

Page 17: All About Hair - Billy Meierau.figu.org/content/All About Hair.pdf · Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), ... since the earliest times

15

well as many other sufferings that can assume verysevere forms.

60. However, the function of the consciousness canalso be impaired and can lead to severeconsciousness disorders and, thus, personalitydisorders.

61. Also the ability to concentrate and memory canbe affected harmfully, and also male and femaleinfertility as well as health damages to offspringcan appear.

Page 18: All About Hair - Billy Meierau.figu.org/content/All About Hair.pdf · Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), ... since the earliest times

16

und gesundheitliche Schäden an der Nachkommenschaftauftreten können.

62. Thus the dyeing of hair is just as dangerous asthe other health hazardous factors that Imentioned.

In 1994 (contact 248) [3] Billy picked up the topic ofdyeing hair again, because he had seen Semjasewith reddish-coloured hair and wanted to knowwhether it is common for Plejaren women to dyetheir hair, whether they only do this for medicalreasons and whether this isn’t actually harmful tothe hair.

Ptaah:

206. Female beings among us actually colour theirhair every now and then because a certain amountof vanity isn’t to be denied them.

Page 19: All About Hair - Billy Meierau.figu.org/content/All About Hair.pdf · Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), ... since the earliest times

17

207. Nevertheless, the dyeing of the hair isn’t justvanity-conditioned but is always connected with amedical measure.

209. Even though diseases no longer appearamong us, this doesn’t mean that certain ailmentsstill don’t come to light.

210. However, these are of a trivial form, like acold for example.

Page 20: All About Hair - Billy Meierau.figu.org/content/All About Hair.pdf · Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), ... since the earliest times

18

211. There are also allergies and a few other trivialillnesses.

211. Auch Allergien und einige wenige andere bagatelle

Krankheiten sind gegeben.

212. All these illnesses are often lengthy andrequire prolonged treatment, like also headaches, for example, however, this doesn’t mean thoughthat many medicines would be necessary for theirtreatment.212. All diese Krankheiten sind oft langwierig undbedürfen einer längeren Behandlung, wie z.B. auchKopfschmerzen, was nun aber nicht bedeutet, dass zuderen Behandlung viele Medikamente erforderlich wären.

213. Per symptom, only one active agent isnecessary against it, which is delivered with a long-term effect.

214. These active agents aren’t ingested, injected,or administered through special slow release skinpatches; rather, they are introduced in healthy,

Page 21: All About Hair - Billy Meierau.figu.org/content/All About Hair.pdf · Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), ... since the earliest times

19

absolutely harmless carrier substances that aremixed with equally neutral and non-health-hazardous colouring means, with which the hair isthen dyed.

Billy then wanted to know whether we could alsocarry out such a manner of treatment on Earth, towhich Ptaah answered:

226. Great medical knowledge is also necessarybecause hair represents an extremely sensitivefactor of energy exchange and of health.

Page 22: All About Hair - Billy Meierau.figu.org/content/All About Hair.pdf · Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), ... since the earliest times

20

227. The hair dyes common on Earth are extremelyhealth-hazardous, and they even destroy the hairin the course of time.

228. All terrestrial hair dyes, on the one hand, tendto produce different types of cancer, withlymphoma being the principle form, and on theother hand, they destroy the receptiveness andconductivity for the cosmic electromagneticenergies.

230. Terrestrial hair dyes reduce the flow of cosmicelectromagnetic energies by 8.32%, when naturaldyes are used.

Page 23: All About Hair - Billy Meierau.figu.org/content/All About Hair.pdf · Schamhaare, Flöhe, Läuse’ (parasites, cleanliness, pubic hair, fleas, lice), ... since the earliest times

21

231. With chemical dyes the flow of the cosmicelectromagnetic energies is reduced by as much as9.67% and often even to zero.

Years ago, when I read these contact reports, Istopped having my hair coloured. I have acceptedthat my hair is turning grey as part of growingolder and I believe in some cultures grey or whitehair is a sign of wisdom, is it not?

So if you see me with longer hair the next time wemeet, you will know the reason; and then I will letyou know, whether my tracking abilities haveimproved. ;-)
