1st (OT) cohort:

•c. 1 hour a week over four months, a blend of face-to-face workshops, meetings & events.

•Online learning and collaboration

•Face to face community

•Blend of individual and group activities

•Manager initial meeting plus 2 optional coaching sessions

• More structure relating to activities in between contact

• Deadlines for activities

• Scheduled check in and learning shares, in addition to ‘Slack’ chat
