EACH ONE TEACH ONE

AMU Alumni Committee, Western region is

pleased to announce the introduction of

educational program “Each One Teach One" The

purpose is to come together and make a

difference in someone's life. In this way one we

will support one underprivileged student from the

community by funding him / her in the

educational expenses.

Thus if each Aligarian in Jeddah

supports one child, around 500 students will be

able to make their dreams come true which will

uplift the community at large.

Presently AMU Alumni Jeddah is in the process of finalizing the coordination committee at Aligarh who will help prepare a data base of such students which will be presented to the community.

EACH ONE EMPLOYEE ONE

The Alumni Chapter of Jeddah launched the

program “Each one Employee One Program”

on Jan 8, 2015. The idea behind the launch of

the program was to provide employment to

our youth through internal networking. Most

of us are today in a position to either provide

direct employment or help the unemployed

youth by referring him/her to correct sources.

The response to the above program was so

overwhelming that we received numerous

vacancies from several companies within few

weeks of launch. Job Seekers response was

also very good and we are daily receiving lot

of CV’s from candidates looking for jobs.

Within a short period of time, the Alumni

team managed to arrange 12 interviews for

the potential candidates. Out of the twelve

candidates four candidates have been

selected.

Through this newsletter we appeal to all friends and alumni members to come forward and support this program.
