Tenders were invited through advertisement in reputed daily news papers "HindustanTimes" (English), DCUli and Chandigarh . captioned Tender Notice No. 2/2005, 3/2005and Short Term Tender Notice 1/2006, published on dr. 7.10.2005, 6.1 2.2005 and18.01.2006 respectively, from the manufacturers and their accreditedagents/stockiesls/dealers for supply of various lab equipments ami instrument (copies areplaced at page nO.15-17 ). These tenders were opened by the college committee,constituted for this purpose 011 dt. 5.11.2005 at ] 2 110011 (for purchase of Cascadedlevel/Flow Control Trainer), on dt. 26.12.2005 at 12 noont [or purchase of Simulator(Active HDL) Network and on dt.1.2.2006 at 12 noon for purchase of D.G.Set, in thepresence of the tenderers/their representatives. Copies of specifications of equipments tobe purchased through these tenders (issued/sold by the college) against Tender NoticeNos. 212005, 3/2005 and 112006 are placed as annexure G page no.53-63.
