MIRROR WORLD
You are continually shaping the world around you as a result of conscious and unconscious thoughts. Reality is but a mirror reflecting on your inner world.
If you entertain distorted thoughts, correct them to align with the truth. If you don’t, they are likely to lead you down the rabbit hole of despair.
The choice is yours. Reality brings forth external conditions according to your thoughts.
Life is neither fair nor unfair. It merely provides confirmation of your thoughts as the user and experiencer.

LOOKING GLASS SELF
Looking Glass Self
The looking-glass self is a socialpsychological concept, created byCharles Horton Cooley in 1902 whichis still used by most psychologist andsociologists today.
It is also a part of Behavioural Science – Nature and Nurture concept.
Steps of Looking Glass Self1. You imagine how you appear to the other
person
2. You imagine the judgement of the other person
3. We evaluate our self according to what we imagine others have judged us
The result is a positive or negative self evaluation
• Our looking glass is often distorted• We miss read other’s perceptions of us • However, even if it is a miss read our self-
evaluation is as real to us as if it were true
STEPS OF LOOKING GLASS SELF
The world –
the physical realitythat you see andexperience with yourfive senses is merelya reflection – a mirrorof your inner being.
Our thoughts are mirrored back through othersand in turn it engages our senses which sets off emotions which determines the frequency that we will run at
