ALHO –Buildings from the space factory
Building systems as an idea. This has paved the way for the success of the company very early. In 1967 ALHO started the industrial production of prefab-ricated buildings. The first space modules in steel frame design followed in 1971.
The concept of system building was the foundation and driver for the continual development and systematic growth of the ALHO group. Today, space modules, which were prefabri-cated under optimal industrial conditions, are the foundation for individual buildings. E.g.

It is not without reasons that ALHO and its approx. 500 quali-fied staff members rank among the market leaders in the industry. The ALHO capability reaches international stand-ards. The service also includes a rental park with more than 10,000 rental units.
Since the foundation of the company more than 200,000 system units left the 4 pro-duction plants in Germany, France and Switzerland.

Three series –A range full of possibilities
From the planning phase to acceptance –the quick way of safe construction
Every investor in a building requires fixed terms. Something the ALHO space factory can be relied upon – no matter whether for new buildings, extensions or adding storeys. Independently of the weather, the modules are produced in the ALHO space factory and then transported andassembled on site. After only a short period for works on site, the final building is prompt han-ded over in a turnkey fashion – with a fixed price guarantee.
The extraordinary quality is reliable as well. Our numerous test and certification marks are impressive proofs for this.
To meet all requirements, ALHO developed three construc-tion series – Basic, Classic and
Comfort-Line to ensure that the optimal space is available for each purpose.
The system behind the building technology consists of modular individual, three dimensional steel frames which – after assembling –shape the final building.
The interior of the building is com-pleted up to 90% in the factory before the modules are assembled on site within a few days.

Whether you plan to build for a short-term, medium-term or long-term utilisation, whether you plan a purely functional or an addition-ally representative building, the three production series of stand-ardized ALHO steel frame modules always offer you the most suitable solution.The heavy steel frame structure of each module is the common denominator and forms the static foundation for the building. Within the type system the width, height, length and expansion standards are variable. The prefabricated modules can be assembled very quickly into rooms, storeys or buildings. If your requirements should change, additional modules can be easily added or detached. Even if you should change location, the building is so flexible that it can move along with you.
