Program Description لبرنامج وصف اAlfaisal University White Coats Online Summer High School Enrichment Program Mission and Vision The program aims at providing the students with a well-rounded knowledge and training related to core subjects in science and pharmacy, as well as with soft and transferable skills related to project management and leadership skills. Students will be introduced to the benefits of pursuing a career as a science or pharmacy candidate. During the morning sessions of the first week, students will dive into physics principles and their applications, know more about chemistry in everyday life, understand the basis of life from the molecule to the cell, and apprehend what nanotechnology has got to do with all these topics. Capitalizing on the knowledge gathered during the first week, pharmacy will take over for the second and the third week sessions and will cover a broad range of pharmacy-related topics. There will be a special emphasis on pharmacy as a career prospect and the various roles a pharmacist can hold within clinical, community and industrial settings. Joining the summer program will also provide an opportunity to virtually observe how a range of pharmaceutical products are manufactured and checked for quality. With regard to the afternoon sessions, students will appreciate workshops related to project management and business leadership delivered by professionals in the field. يدار هذا البرنامج االفتراضي باالشتراك بين كلية العلوم وكلية الصيدلة. خالل الفترة الصباحية من األسبوع األول، سوف يستكشف الطالب مبادئ الفيزياء وتطبيقاتها، ويتعرفون أكثر على دور الكيمياء في الحياة اليومية، ويفهمون عالقة ويتفهمون الخلية، حتى و الجزيء من ابتداء الحياة علوم أساسيات تكنولوجيا علم النانو بكل هذه المواضيع. بعد االستفادة من المعرفة التي تم جمعها خالل األسبوع األول، ستتولى كليه الصيدلة دورتي األسبوعين الثاني والثالث وستغطي مجموعة واسعة من الموضوعات المتعلقة بالصيدلة. سيكون المختلفة واألدوار المستقبل في كوظيفة الصيدلة على خاص تركيز هناك التي يمكن للصيدلي القيام بها في البيئات السريرية والمجتمعية والصناعية. كما سيتيح االنضمام إلى البرنامج الصيفي أيًضا فرصة لمراقبة كيفية تصنيع مجموعة من المنتجات الصيدالنية والتحقق من جودتها. أما خالل فترة ما بعد الظهر، سيحضر الطالب ورش العمل المتعلقة بإدارة المشاريع وقيادة األعمال التي يقدمها متخصصون في هذا المجال. أخيًرا وليس آخًرا، سيستمتع الطالب بموضوعات تعني التي المتقدمة التكنولوجيا معامل إلى افتراضية برحالت
