Introduction

Alfa Laval DOC - Dedicated oil coolers are brazed plate heatexchangers with robust connection flanges, which are suitablefor hydraulic oil cooling applications.

Design

The brazing material seals and holds the plates together at thecontact points ensuring optimal heat transfer efficiency andpressure resistance. Using advanced design technologies andextensive verification guarantees the highest performance andlongest possible service life.

The robust connection flanges with internal threads arespecifically designed for oil cooling under tough operatingconditions and reduces costs because of easy installation.Additionally, the flanges allow significantly higher torque atinstallation than conventional connections.
