daily usesBATH• Add 12-15 drops to ½ cup of Pink Himalayan or Dead Sea salts and dissolve into a warm

bath, relaxing into the healing waters of Terra.

INHALATION• Apply 2 drops to palms of hands; rub together, cup hands over nose and mouth. Inhale

deeply as needed.

MISTING SPRAY• Add 10 to 12 drops of Terra to 4 ounces of distilled water in a cobalt blue glass spray

bottle. Shake well before using. Great when you notice that you are feeling particularly ungrounded and irritable. Close your eyes and mist around your body.

Well-known and used prolifically in the ancient world, Myrrh is distilled like Frankincense, from the oleoresin and accumulates in deliberate cuts made in the bark of Commiphora trees. The use of Myrrh is documented in ancient Egypt, in the Bible, and in Greek and Roman texts. The healing benefits have been historically regarded as more precious than Frankincense. Myrrh is powerfully antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and due to its anti-bacterial qualities, helps to prevent infection, clear toxins, and promote tissue repair.
