Who is he?

Alessandro is an Italian-born Concept Artist, Illustrator and Art director. Whilst he was in Milan he had experience as an illustrator, and eventually movd to London to work as a concept artist and graphic designer.

In 2003, Taini joined “Ninja Theory” – an independant video game development company – to begin working as the Senior Concept Artist.

In 2007, he became Visual Art Director, creating the Visual stlye of “ENSLAVED” and “DMC: Devil May Cry.” Along with his daily work, Taini is also a freelance illustrator for companies such as “Random House” and “Bloomsbury Publishing”.

Why I admire them

Why I admire Alessandro? To simply put it, his ability to produce intriguing concept art, smooth, renaissance like illustrations, and vast creativity. He is not limited to just, for example, drawing humans. I admire the skill and practise of also producing creatures and stunning enviroments. “DMC: Devile May Cry” is also one of my all time favourite games: the environment and characters are so intense, imaginative and imerssive, that to witness the concept art and illustration behind it is magnificant.

Taini’s role is simply what I strive and aim to be.
