Alessa and Yuvraj met and studied together at the Gemological Institute of America in San Diego from which they hold six certifications including Graduate Diamonds, Graduate Jeweler, Graduate Gemologist, and a diploma in Jewelry Business Management.

Yuvraj’s family has been in the jewelry indus-try for three generations, and he managed the family business in Dubai prior to co-founding Alessa Designs.

Alessa grew up in Guatemala, where she was exposed to a variety of cultural experiences that helped shape her passion and apprecia-tion for handcrafted goods as well as the sto-ries behind them.

Their extensive knowledge and experience in the jewelry business makes them an ex-ceptional team. Compromise and expertize enables them to set trends and bring a new meaning to jewel design.

In 2009 partners Alessandra Robles and Yuvraj Pahuja founded Alessa Designs creat-ing a stepping-stone for their constant creative outlet in the fine jewel business. Ever since, the company has destined its efforts to cultivate the art of jewelry design, handling exceptional gemstones from around the world carefully and meticulously selected.
