I have lived searching for the feeling in art, in their different types of expression, where artists touch our soul and they get us to love or hate what they do, but it really touches our soul and creates an impact.

Art is intrinsic within each human being. We could spend, a lifetime, without finding what is our own personal expression. In my case, since childhood, the plastic art was my most endearing condition to manifest what I perceived, what I longed for and, over the years, I have managed to feel comfortable, with the work that I make today, where my works achieve hook the observer.

The proposal, shown here, demonstrates that, the waste, in addition to becoming art, can capture the viewer, taking him to meditate, to observe and discover new forms, with hidden secrets in each work, making him feel the need to keep inquiring into this world insinuated of textures and colors.

INTRODUCTION TO THE NEW PROPOSAL

The essence of the proposed work is to take advantage of the maximum amount of waste material, it is the carton of boxes and packing, my main character is the cardboard from boxes and packing material, who, despite its rusticity, it is so kind that, when intermingled with the colors, the nuances and with other materials, they take me to fantastic and unexpected textures, becoming abstract works and without power go unnoticed, creating an anxious curiosity before the eyes of the one who looks at them.

It is just now that I have dared to present to the public this project, after many observations, opinions and incentive of people who have appreciated my works, exhibiting, what I do, with passion of a lifetime. I presume that this proposal is something original and innovative in relation to the art of recycling, where I honor a forgotten and discarded world like cardboard is, being your destiny to be ground and reused, but, it is there, in this process, when my work interferes to convert, a simple packaging object, in expression artistic to be enjoyed and shared in this world full of search of color, textures, feelings and new proposals.

THE ARTISTAlejandro Studied Art in the 80’s at the Venezuelan school of art, Cristobal Rojas Later he majored in Archeology and worked as a subaquatic draughts man. He is passionate about drawing, color, shapes, and textures exhibiting the tones that reveal it.

Through his paintings, he gives life to silhouettes using brushstrokes, lights, and shadows. He continues to pursue his passion for art and history and by incorporating both disciplines, Alejandro aerates masterpieces.

Through the paintings I can give life to silhouettes that, conjugated with brushstrokes, lights, shadows and with wefts which, finally, they give way to a work of art.
