REMARKS. 1. The Tabu Extracts point out to two plots

with separate •boundaries. But the report of inspection shows that they are adjacent to and consolidated together as one single orange grove. Inside the yard measuring half a dunum there is a cycamore tree and a mul­berry tree together with twp rooms of an area of 4 x 4 each and a third room measuring 5x4, containing a motor of the Nangy Type with 10/12 H . 2. There is already a first mortgage in res­pect of• these shares executed in favour of George Nahum Mbshe for an amount of £ P . 350.— which matured on 14.7.36.
