Even if you hold a confirmedticket, your space may be given to another passenger if youare not onboard at least 10 minutes prior to departure.Current valid ID and credit card if used for are required toboard. Seating is on a first come first served basis. All pas-sengers and carry-on items are subject to search. Restrictedand dangerous articles may not be brought on board.Proper attire required. If you buy a ticket, you consent tohave your image or likeness appear in any live or recordedvideo or other transmission or reproduction. We or oursubcontractors may refuse you carriage or may remove youfrom a vessel, bus, event or premises, if determined to benecessary for appropriate for safety reasons, if you causediscomfort, inconvenience, or annoyance to passengers,crew members or agents, or if your behavior is deemed tothreaten the safety, good order, or discipline. We reservethe right at anytime to cancel tours, change departure &arrival times. Only cancelled tours are subject to refund,less any service charge, with no further amount than theface value of the ticket available for compensation. No suit,action, or proceeding against Alcatraz Cruises LLC or itsparent, affiliates or contractors, or against the vessels,agents, crew or employees of any of the foregoing entities,shall be maintainable for loss of life or bodily injury to anypassenger unless written notice of claim be delivered toAlcatraz Cruises within six months from the day when thedeath or injury occurred. It is agreed by and between thepassenger and Alcatraz Cruises LLC that all disputes andmatters, whatsoever, including, but not limited, to thoseinvolving personal injury or death of passenger, which ariseunder, in connection with or incidental to the Ticket or thevoyage shall be adjudicated, if at all, in and before a court ofcompetent jurisdiction located in San Francisco, Californiato the exclusion of the courts of any other county, state, orcountry. The license granted herein is revocable uponrefunding to passenger the Ticket price. Submitting an orderin person, via telephone, online or via fax indicates youragreement to these terms and conditions.
