We suspect that it’s an internal issue with the sites
Radio Head scanning tests came back clear with no sign of uplink interference

Billboard Sign
Noise floor: Lower 90’s
External Source Testing:
No Source was found
On-Site Tests:
All the tests on the gamma sector passed with billboard off.
All the tests on gamma sector failed with billboard on.
A narrow band peak was captured @ 713.60 MHz during some tests while the billboard was off. This peak didn’t appear all the time and thus was discarded since no potential source was identified at this frequency. Otherwise, all tests passed.
The billboard is amplifying any RF source around the site area and causing wideband interference to Site NVL00026.
