That is not their job, but they do so in a spirit of service. In many cases there is no mattress, just a place to sleep on the floor and access to bathroom and showers. Those wishing to use this option should have a sleeping pad and always ask permission to stay overnight, if possible with one or two days in advance. And be ready to take a no for an answer.
