his week’s featured home is located just off of Whispering Pines Road inthe Green Acres subdivision. This three bedroom, two bathroom 1,640square foot home is nestled in amongst several quaint homes. The exteri-
or has a clean, crisp appearance with its nicely manicured lawn and brick exte-rior.
The front entrance of the home opens onto a cozy foyer. To the left is alarge carpeted living room. The big brightwindows flood the space with natural light.This would be a great place to display aChristmas tree for everyone to admire.

To the back of the room a sliding glass door leads out to an enor-mous screened Florida room. This would be a great place for outdoor enter-taining in the warmer months! During Fall and Spring, you could leave thesliding door open and let the cool breeze stream into the house without anyunwanted visitors making their way inside.
Off of the dining room is a cozy den with a brick fireplace for thosechilly winter nights. The laundry room is just off of the den and is quite spa-cious. There are upper cabinets that can be used to store all of your laundrynecessities.
On the opposite end of the home is a hallway that leads to all of thebedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom on the right side of the hallwayhas lovely hardwood flooring and a large double closet. Directly next door isthe other guest room which mirrors the first in size. This second bedroom alsohas the warm hardwood flooring and a double closet. Across the hall from thetwo guest bedrooms is the guest bathroom. This bathroom is tiled, has a singlevanity with a corian countertop, and has a shower/tub combo.
The last door on the left side of the hallway leads to the master suite.This large bedroom has hardwood flooring and two large closets. The suitehas a private bathroom, which is tiled much like the guest bathroom. There isa single vanity with a corian countertop and a tiled shower stall.
If you step outdoors from the screened Florida room, you will findyourself in a good-sized grassy, fenced backyard. Toward the back of the yardis a storage shed that could be used as a small workshop.
