THE COMPANY Al Waseem Air Conditioning Contracting Company (AWAC) started 7 years ago as a specialized air conditioning contracting company and grew into a major subcontractor capable of executing large size buildings, government and residential projects. The company has expanded its ambition by operating in other locations such as Dubai & Abu Dhabi The active construction boom in the UAE has led the company to extend its activities to include Duct Manufacturing and Maintenance Contracting. Within a period of 7 years AWAC has developed itself into a major air-conditioning subcontractor. To expand its air-conditioning services, AWAC has also associated itself with reputable international firms by becoming a licensee of their duct products in the field. AWAC has proudly achieved successful completion of major landmark projects in various cities and remote areas in the UAE. The specialty of AWAC in Air-Conditioning Works remains a focus discipline the company is proud of. AWAC is the authorized dealer for Mitsubishi Air Conditioning Units. We also supply all other brands of Fan Coil Split Units, Split Ducted, Package Units and all kinds of ducting works. AWAC specializes in air conditioning installation works as per approved drawings or given specifications. AWAC have also adapted itself to the needs of its clients, by providing value-engineering and re-design services that proved to accomplish substantial cost saving without compromising performance and quality. AWAC has complete staff for sales, estimations, drafting, designing & field supervisions. AWAC has a state of the art duct workshop located at Sharjah Industrial Area #3.
