freshest organic ingredients, from our farm market in AKOYA

Oxygen, many of which are grown on site. A varied menu of

vegetarian dishes will be on offer, with one or two signature

courses, that consider not only the flavour and texture of the

food but aim to promote optimum health and vitality too. The V

serves food for the heart and soul.

Balmy evenings and cooler days lend themselves to a variety of al

fresco performances. Whether it’s a poetry reading or another

form of performance art, such as a book presentation, or a mini

THE CAFÉWhile away a pleasant afternoon browsing in The Library. Buy

a couple of titles at the book store and then enjoy a cup of tea

in the café. The theme throughout is art and design, music and

drama, form and fashion. It’s the perfect place to get your own

creative juices flowing.

LUXURY GOURMET

'STREET FOOD'Hearty dishes of delicious, freshly cooked foods from around

the world await you in our famous chef’s incredibly up market

interpretation of ‘street fare’. Using local produce, where possible,

and clean, healthy-living recipes, this is casual dining at its finest,

served from our state-of-the-art mobile kitchen, lending that

‘street feel’ to the occasion.

ART IN THE COMMUNITY

The community itself will play host to open air installations of

art and sculpture from contemporary artists – using a huge mix

of materials, such as clay, wood and stone, along with more

industrial components. The perfect setting to showcase a selection
