Our Early Beginnings in the UK

The  management  team  of  AK  Cladding  llc  have  been  working  in  the  construction  industry  within  the  UK  and  around  the  world  since  1994

As  part  of  the  UK  construction  industry  we  have  been  providing  construction  and  envelope  installations  expertise  and  services  to  our  clients  for  many  years.

KSE  Cladding  ltd  was  formed  in  2000  by  Keith  Evans  who  is  the  founder  &  Managing  Director  of  AK  Cladding  llc

KSE  Cladding  ltd  worked  on  some  of  the  UK’s  largest  construction  projects  in  steel  framed  buildings  and  has  gained  enviable  knowledge  &  expertise  in  the  application  and  installation  of  building  envelopes.

It  is  the  aim  of  AK  Cladding  to  bring  the  same  level  of  safety  and  installation  standards  used  in  the  UK  to  the  middle  east  to  ensure  an  efficient  and  professional  service  to  our  clients  whilst  adopting  a  customer  centric  approach.  

Keith  Evans  has  in  excess  of  20  years  experience  at  the  highest  level  both  in  Europe  and  the  Middle  East  in  the  field  of  Metal  Roofing  &  Cladding.  

Keith  is  the  fundamental  reason  why  leading  manufactures  have  afforded  AK  Cladding  the  title  of  preferred  and    approved  contractor  status.

His  expertise  and  in  particular  the  quality  of  his  workmanship  along  with  his  ability  to  find  workable  solutions  is  widely  acknowledged  and  respected  by  all  key  suppliers  and  manufactures  of  envelope  components  and  materials.

AK  Cladding ‘s  factory  is  completed  with  the  very  latest  equipment  from                                            Germany  who  produce  specialist  equipment  for  the  cladding  industry.AK  Cladding  has  installed  the  latest  RAS  XL-­‐Center  folding  machine  which  is  complimented  by  their  RAS  Smart  Cut  Shear.Link:  RAS  XL-­‐Center

Standing  Seam:• AK  Cladding  are  the  official  agents  for  CENTRIA  International  to  produce  CENTRIA’s  SRS  65  standing  seam  system  

including  their  BR5  profiled  cladding  (see  next  page  for  details)

Gutters:• AK  Cladding  manufacture  Membrane  lined  gutters  in  our  facility  in  DIP-­‐1.  Together  with  the  worlds  leading  membrane  

manufacturer’s,  AK  Cladding  offer  a  range  of  gutters  with  extensive  warranties  for  both  materials  and  installation.• AK  Cladding  can  tailor  our  gutters  to  match  the  acoustic  and  thermal  performance  of  the  most  challenging  projects

Drainage  Systems:• AK  Cladding  are  official  distributors  and  installers  of  the  worlds  leading  Siphonic  Drainage  System  provider.  Fullflow  

International  lead  the  market  in  drainage  innovation  which  can  substantially  reduce  construction  costs  by  eliminating  time  consuming  ground  drainage

CENTRIA’s expertise in  total building envelope solutions is beautifully expressed in  high-­‐performance structural

standing seam (SRS®) metal roof systems. Internationally, SRS panels have been  used on  a variety of building

types ranging from transportation  and education  to commercial offices and retail establishments to cultural

centers to multiresidential complexes.  

PER FORMANCE: SRS Panels are designed for maximum performance in  any climate or environment. Along with  

a unique clip and panel interlock that enhances thermal performance,  these panels perform well by being

constructed with  a raised portion  where the two panels meet. This feature, combined with  long panel lengths,

eliminates transition  flashing and enhances weather resistance.

AESTHET ICS: SRS Panels are extremely versatile, providing clean, unbroken  lines and a sleek aesthetic. Panels

can  be factory-­‐formed straight, curved or tapered, offering build teams numerous design  options. The panels are

also available in  both  standard and custom colors in  a wide variety of textures and finishes.
