QUESTIONS
ANSWERS
You name it and we can address it. An open forum will be conducted Saturday morning, April 5, in rooms 207-209, at the Hot Springs Conven-tion Center during the A.I.T.D.A. Annual Trade Show and Convention. The open forum will run from 11:00 a.m. thru 12:00 noon and is open to ev-eryone.
Preceeding the forum we will have two 30 minute seminars. The first session will deal with Obamacare and how it affects us as dealers, plus some money-saving tips on lowering your insurance cost. It will begin at 10:00a.m.
The second session will begin at 10:30 a.m. This session will deal with our waste tire disposal program. Everyone is always asking about what you can charge for certain tires, how their district is run, what classifies a tire as a large truck, what about tractor tires, etc. Come to this session and get up to date on the Arkansas Waste Tire program.
You can submit any questions about the tire business that you want to be assured of getting addressed at the open forum. E-mail me [email protected] with your questions and we will make sure it is on the agenda. If you are computer challenged you can mail or fax questions. Address: #2 Robinwood Dr., Searcy, AR 72143. Fax# 501-268-2258.

As the Tir e Turns
Open Forum – Don’t miss the open forum discussion April 5th in rooms 207-209 at the Hot Springs Convention Center. It begins at 11:00 a.m.
2015 Convention – a little early, but a reminder: The 2015 convention will be the first week in May at the Little Rock Convention Center. It’s in the River Market in downtown Little Rock. The Marriott Hotel (formerly the Peabody) will be the host hotel.
New Supplier – We want to welcome U.S Auto Force as a new supplier member. U.S. Auto Force, out of Golden, Missouri, bought the wholesale division of Schumacher Tire and has been expanding its coverage throughout Arkansas.
Roll the Dice – Friday, April 4th, we will again conduct a dice roll throughout the trade show floor. Half of the money raised will go to AITDA and the other half will be split 75/25 between the high score and the low score. If you don’t remember how it works, just show up. It will be a lot of fun.
Training Sessions – We would like to do more training for all of our dealers. Please send us your thoughts on what type of training is needed in your business. You can e-mail them to [email protected] or fax to 501-268-2258.
E mail addresses – We still need some dealers e-mail addresses. Please e-mail me at [email protected] then I will have you in my system.
Carey Cotner – Many of you may have known Carey Cotner who had Wholesale Tire in Pine Bluff. He passed away on January 21, 2014.
