Performance-based design (PBD) was performed on this multi-tower master- planned development by AIT Consult-ing, together with local partner Sy^2 + Associates, Inc.

The 32-meter high Buddha stat-ue, called Phra Phuttha Metta Prachathai Trailokkanart Khan-thararat Anusorn is made up of a steel frame skeleton and covered by gold-plated sheets.

The 135-meter high tall stack serves as a chimney for the pet-rochemical processing plant.
