AirVision shows the condition of your system and gives you direct insight in your consumption 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Furthermore AirVision gives advice on how to improve your system; it evaluates the quality of your compressed air system and gives tips for improvement. The heart of the system is a central touch screen that provides an overview of the status and performance of your installation. You can see where optimisation is most rewarding, based on parame- ters like compressed air consumption, system pressure, dew point, air velocity, leakage and compressor performance. Features: > More “feeling” with your installation. AirVision shows the measure- ment data in a clear format. Even if you are not an expert, you will get in touch with the status of the compressed air installation. For example: the leakage level is presented with an A to G classification. Based on this information you can decide when to close the leaks. > Independent from compressor control system. AirVision can be implemented for every compressed air installation. When an old compressor control system is changed for a new type, you can continue to use AirVision and see the improvements. > Open format. The measurement data is saved in an open format, so it can be easily used for further analysis. AirVision can also be connected to Ethernet, so the system can be read out remotely.
