Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Proposer will be deemed non-responsiveand rejected without any further evaluation if they do not meet allqualifications listed below:

Contractor must have a minimum of five (5) consecutiveyears of experience within the last ten (10) yearsproviding towing services and minor auto assistance to anentity or entities that operate twenty-four (24) hours a dayand seven (7) days a week. The minor auto assistanceincludes but not limited to battery boost, flat tireassistance, fuel delivery and lockout service.

Under this contract the contractors fleet must be, at aminimum, a 2013 or newer model. All proposers mustsubmit their vehicle information page per Section VI, 4.Failure of submitting such required information will bedeemed nonresponsive and the bid will be rejected.

Prior to the commencement of the contract the ADR’sor the designee shall inspect contractor’s vehicles toensure the vehicles provide under the contract matchto the vehicle information page.

Scope of Work

Contractor to provide towing and minor auto assistance atPhoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).

The successful bidder shall provide all labor, material,equipment, and method of communication for towing andminor auto assistance service on the Airport’s propertyseven (7) days per week and three hundred sixty-five(365) days a year.

APPLICABLE LAWS AND STANDARDSAny and all City ordinances, codes, rules and

regulations adopted by the Airport.

All Applicable federal and state laws andregulations including Arizona Vehicle Code.

Scope of Work General Requirements

Items A – I

At a minimum, there will be one (1) service truck andone (1) tow truck (snatch and go type). Both must be ofa size that is capable of entering and towing from anyAirport parking garage.

Contractor must providel

minor auto assistance to include but not limited to:mechanical adjustments, battery boost, flat tireassistance, fuel delivery and lockout service.

Towing service performance includes but not limited to:security tows, enforcement tows, safety tows,construction tows, abandoned vehicle tows, parkinggarage relocations and other vehicle tows as directedby the ADR’s or the designee(s).

Scope of WorkService Requirements Contractor assigned vehicles must be on-site at 3102 E.

Buckeye Road between 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM.

Daily Service Hours: The hours may be adjusted semi-annually to accommodate daylight savings adjustments toflight schedules.

Tow Truck and Service Truck are required daily from6:00 AM – 12:00 AM for a total of 18 hours a day, 7days a week and 365 days a year.

Call-Out Hours 12:01 AM – 5:59, 7 days a week and365 days a year.

Daily Response Time: Contractor must arrive on sceneand hook up vehicle(s) to be towed within 10 minutes ofreceiving a request. 7 Days a Week / 365 Days a Year
