The fuselage of the Meridian is an all metal, semi-monocoque structure with flush riveted skin for reduced drag and corrosion resistance.

The Meridian fuselage has 3 major sections; the nose containing NLG assembly and engine compartment, the cabin section containing the flight deck , passenger and baggage areas and the aft section containing the empennage components and an equipment bay.

The pilot’s windshield is made of glass and should be cleaned  only with mild soap and with a bare hand.

The (DOOR AJAR) annunciator is activated by upper and lower microswitches located in the door frame.

The emergency exit is located on the right side of the fuselage behind the copilot.
