• More countries have lowered sulphur levels e.g Ethiopia, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras adopted 500 ppm Sulphur in fuels

Middle East • Saudi Arabia will move to 10 ppm by 2016 ( mandatory for all their refineries)
