AirCon Service Center
This year, refrigerant R 1234yf will be found extensively in new vehicles. In particular, brand-linked workshops have the obligation to prepare themselves for service on these systems. Against this background, the BMW 5500G RPA was developed by the WAECO air conditioning pros in close coordination with the automotive industry.
R 1234yf reacts particularly sensitively to being mixed with other refrigerants. Thus, on the BMW 5500 G RPA, the analysis device, which checks the degree of purity, is already integrated.
From A to Z, confi gured for handling R 1234yf, the BMW 5500 G RPA fulfi lls the requirements for fi re prevention and of course has all the other advantages of the classic ASC series.

Environment-friendly technology for handling R 134a: With the BMW 2500G Low Emission, refrigerant used in air conditioner service is recovered almost 100%. How is this achieved? Refrigerant loss occurs mainly through the refrigerator oil being forced out of the used oil container. On the BMW 2500G Low Emission, this is designed pressure-tight. In addition, any refrigerant escaping when the used oil is forced out is collected in the used oil container, suctioned off and redirected to the refrigerant tank. Result: a loss rate of almost 0%! This precision of detail in calculating the volume of the refrigerant suctioned off also allows conclusions concerning the leak tightness of the air conditioning system (diagnostics tool).

All refrigerant carrying components are placed on the main scales, which prevents measuring errors and thus saves time.
BMW air conditioner service devices are tailored for daily work in the workshop: easy operation, problem-free
maintenance, fully automatic operation of functions. All refrigerant-containing components are positioned on the main
scale. The weighing platform has 8x suspension, with vibration dampening and high load capacity. Calibration of the
BMW devices is thus not required even after shocks!
A heating band on the refrigerant tank ensures that the air conditioning systems can be completely filled even at high
temperatures.
