For this image you will use Smart Sharpen
Smart Sharpen is a filter sharpens an image while also reducing noise in an image
Smart Sharpen lets you specify whether the filter is applied to the overall image, to its shadows, or to its highlights
Steps for Using Smart Sharpen
Choose Filter > Sharpen > Smart Sharpen
In the dialog box do the followingReduce the amount to 40%Set radius to 5 pixelsChoose Remove > Lens BlurSelect the more accurate check box
Experiment with the options to see how the image would change
Once you are done save the image in your portfolio
