coordinate with Scott Dunlap / PEO-EIS on their metadata business rule and governance effort on enterprise IT architecture and application selection

Jake explored with CAPT Sweetman (PMW-240) during their meeting; CAPT Sweetman invited Jake to have AIM team participate in PEO-EIS metadata working group - CAPT Sweetman reconfirmed with Jake that AIM team will be involved in enterprise metadata IPT when established - should also be part of ETMDS start-up discussions once award is made

Leo GrassiFRB Metadata IPT needs guidance on baseline metadata structure and business rules

2 Oct: Jake to coordinate with Virgil Hart to see if NETC is investigating use of Elite ECIS as enterprise application - GD-AIS (Steve Kramek et al.) provided excellent Elite demo for Jake and team on 9 Jul - Jim met with Jane Callanan and Barb Michalek (Carley "A" School project pm) at AMTI and tentatively arranged to do Elite demo for their team soon - Jane and Barb working with team and with Terry Williams of CNATT to discuss with him in 30-60 day timeframe - no change this week - Jake wokring on an Elite demo for the FRB meeting

FRB members indicated users are often confused about correct method to insert graphics into the Graphics Library and use those graphics in TG Sheets

develop and post help video on how to add graphics into TG sheets via the Graphics Library as well as the rationale for what format of graphics to enter and why to use Library vs. paste directly into TG sheet
