About the LineI have always believed in the magic of garden gnomes.

They are believed to protect farms from pests and thieves.

When I was a small child, I would sometimes worry the gnomes living in our garden needed a pool to swim in. I would fill water from the plastic lid of my mother’s hair spray can and strategically place it underneath a big leafy plant so the gnomes could slide down into the water. I would throw in a couple of Cheerios as life preservers. I believed they flew on bumble bees and zigzagged across the garden pollinating every plant and bringing joy and protection to all living things.

Since Garden Gnomes stand against all bad things and bring such joy to all living plants and creatures, I wanted to jam-pack Gnome and Gardens with lots of joyful details because I believe it not only stimulates a child’s imagination but it creates a story of love and peace.
