    Motor Insurance Notice Your policy details will be added to the Motor Insurance Database (MID), run by the Motor Insurers Information Centre (MIIC). This may be consulted by the Police in order to establish who is insured to drive the vehicle. If you are involved in an accident (in the UK or abroad), other UK insurers, the Motor Insurers Bureau and MIIC may search the MID to ascertain relevant policy documentation.

    Persons with a valid claim in respect of a road traffic accident (including citizens of other countries) may also obtain relevant information which is held on the MID.

    Introduction

    Please carefully read this policy, the Schedule and the Certificate of Motor Insurance, referring to the Endorsements indicated by the entries in the Schedule. If these documents do not meet your requirements kindly return them at once. You must notify us of any changes affecting your policy which have occurred either since the policy commenced or since the last renewal date. If you have any doubts as to whether certain facts are relevant please contact AIG Europe Limited. Failure to disclose all relevant changes may invalidate your policy or may result in the policy not operating fully. You should keep a written record (including copies of letters) of any information you give us, when renewing this policy. This policy, the Schedule and the Certificate of Motor Insurance, shall be read together and any word or expression to which a specific meaning has been attached in any part of these shall bear such meaning wherever it may appear. In consideration of the premium having been paid by you, we will provide insurance in accordance with the policy cover indicated in the Schedule of this policy in respect of accident, injury, loss or damage occurring in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands (or in the course of transit by sea between any ports therein including processes of loading and unloading) during the period for which we may accept payment for renewal of this policy. The proposal and declaration made by you is the basis of the contract and deemed incorporated therein.

    Contract of Insurance This Motor Insurance Policy is a contract of indemnity between AIG Europe Limited and you, our policyholder. Subject to the policy terms and endorsements, we will insure you against any legal liability, loss or damage which may occur during any period of insurance for which we have accepted your premium. AIG Europe Limited This insurance is underwritten by AIG Europe Limited which authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority (FRN number 202628).     Definitions You/Your The Policyholder Your car The motor vehicle described in the schedule or in the effective Certificate of Motor Insurance in respect of which details have been notified to, and accepted by AIG Europe Limited. We/Us/Our/The Company AIG Europe Limited The Schedule Details of the policyholder and insurance protection provided. The Schedule is part of this policy and must be read in conjunction with the policy. Certificate of Motor Insurance Evidence that you have the minimum compulsory motor insurance required by law. The Certificate of Motor Insurance forms part of the policy and shows who can drive your car and the purposes for which it can be used. Fire & Theft Fire, lightning, explosion, theft or attempted theft. The Period of Insurance The period of time covered by this policy as shown in the Schedule, and any further period for which we accept your premium. Market Value The cost of replacing your car with one of similar type and condition. United Kingdom England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. The full protection of your policy also applies during transit by sea or rail, within the United Kingdom. Endorsement A change in terms of the policy. Where applicable, these are shown on your Schedule. Excess First part of the claim that you pay for damage to your car. Policy The contract of motor insurance between you and us. Liability An obligation at law to compensate others. Indemnity In the terms of your policy, our obligation is to compensate you so that a claim payment leaves you in no worse and no better financial position than you were in immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

    SECTION 1 Liability to Third Parties A Indemnity to You, the Insured In the event of an accident involving your car, or any other vehicle which your Certificate of

    Motor Insurance permits you to drive, we will indemnify you against legal liability for damages and claimants costs and expenses for:

    (i) death of or bodily injury to any person including any passenger. (ii) damage to property. B Indemnity to Other Persons We will indemnify in the terms of Section 1A above, the following other persons. (i) any person entitled to drive by the effective Certificate of Motor Insurance who is driving

    your car with your permission. (ii) any person using (but not driving) your car, with your permission, for social, domestic

    and pleasure purposes. (iii) at your request, any passenger other than the driver in or mounting into or dismounting

    from a motor car, the use of which is insured in this policy. (iv) your employer or business partner against liability arising out of the use of your car

    which is permitted by your Certificate of Motor Insurance. (v) the legal personal representatives in the event of the death of the person indemnified in

    respect of the liability incurred by such person. C Costs & Expenses In the event of an accident involving a motor car, the use of which is insured by this policy, we

    will: (i) pay all costs and expenses incurred with our written consent (ii) pay the solicitors fees incurred with our written consent for representation at any

    Coroners Inquest or Fatal Accident Inquiry in respect of any death and for defending in any Court of Summary Jurisdiction any proceedings in respect of any act causing, or relating to any event which may be the subject of indemnity under this Section.

    (iii) arrange for and pay the reasonable costs of legal services for your defense and of any person entitled by the policy to drive your car against a charge of manslaughter or causing death by reckless or dangerous driving if the death in connection with the charge may be the subject of indemnity under this Section.

    Exceptions to Section 1 We shall not be liable: A To Indemnify any person: (i) who is aware that the person driving does not hold a licence to drive a motor car, the use

    of which is insured by this policy, unless such driver has held and is not disqualified from holding or obtaining such a licence

    (ii) who fails to take all reasonable steps to ensure that the person driving observes the licence conditions applicable to the driving of such a motor car.

    (iii) unless such person observes and fulfills the terms of this policy in so far as they apply. (iv) if there is any other insurance in force covering the same liability. B In respect of death of or bodily injury to any person arising out of and in the course of such

    persons employment by the person claiming to be indemnified except to persons in the employment of the insured when traveling as a passenger in the course of employment.

    C For the loss of or any damage to any motor car the use of which is insured by this policy, or to

    any property belonging to or held in trust by, or in the custody or control of the person claiming to be indemnified.

    D Beyond the minimum requirements of the Road Traffic Acts for any car which belongs to, or is

    bought by you under a hire purchase agreement, or is leased by you, and of which you have not informed us within 7 days of acquisition.

    SECTION 2 Towing This policy shall be operative while any motor car insured by this policy is towing or a disabled mechanically propelled vehicle as allowed by law. LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES - SECTION 1 of this policy applies to the towed trailer or the disabled mechanically propelled vehicle during such towing. Provided that we shall not be liable in respect of any claim arising: (a) out of damage to or loss of the towed trailer or vehicle or property being carried in or on

    the towed trailer or vehicle; or (b) while such trailer or vehicle is being towed for reward.

    SECTION 3 Loss or Damage (Excluding Fire or Theft) We will indemnify you if your car is damaged, except by the perils defined in Loss or Damage by Fire or Theft - Section 4 and Windscreen Damage - Section 5. Accessories and spare parts in or on your car or in your private garage are also Insured. In respect of any claim made under this Section, you will be responsible for any excess shown on the policy Schedule. You will NOT be asked to pay the excess if: (i) your car is damaged in possession of a member of the motor trade for repair or servicing,

    or a staff member of a hotel, restaurant or commercial undertaking, for parking purposes (ii) the only damage is confined to windscreen, windows or scratching of the bodywork

    resulting from that damage. Permanently fitted radios, cassettes or compact disc players and ancillary equipment are insured up to a maximum amount of 300. Methods of Claim Payment We will decide whether to pay for repair or replacement of your car or the cash amount of the loss or damage. But not more than the market value at the time of loss or damage except when your car is less than one year old after date of first registration as new in your name. Then if the cost of repair is more than 60% of list price (including car tax and VAT) of a new car we will offer you the option of receiving a new car, if a car of the same make and model is available in the United Kingdom at normal list price. Additionally, we will pay reasonable costs of: (I) protecting your damaged car (ii) removing it to the nearest repairers (iii) delivery after repair to wherever you wish (but not more than we would have to pay if delivered to

    your address on the Schedule). If your car is the subject of a hire purchase or leasing agreement, the claim payment for total loss or destruction will be made to the legal owner, which will be a complete discharge of our obligations under this Section.

    Exceptions to Section 3 We will not pay for: (I) loss of use (ii) depreciation, wear and tear (iii) mechanical or electrical breakdowns, failures or breakages (v) loss of or damage to citizen band radio or radio telephone equipment (vi) loss of value following repair.

    SECTION 4 Loss or Damage by Fire or Theft We will indemnify you if your car is lost or damaged by: Fire, lightning or explosion Theft, attempted theft or if taken without lawful authority Permanently fitted radios, cassette or compact disc players and ancillary equipment are insured up to a maximum amount of 300. Accessories and spare parts in or on your car or in your private garage are also insured. In respect of any claim made under this Section, you will be responsible for any excess shown on the policy Schedule. Methods of Claim Payment We will decide whether to pay for repair or replacement of your car or the cash amount of the loss or damage. But not more than the market value at the time of loss or damage except when your car is less than one year old after date of first registration as new in your name.     Exceptions to Section 4 We will not pay for:- (i) loss of use (ii) depreciation, wear and tear (iii) mechanical or electrical breakdowns, failures or breakages (iv) damage to tyres by braking, punctures, cuts or bursts (v) any amount above the cost (or in the case of a vehicle of foreign manufacture, the Sterling

    equivalent of the cost) of any part or accessory according to the makers last published price, plus the reasonable cost of fitting

    (vi) loss of or damage to citizen band radio or radio telephone equipment (vii) loss of value following repair (viii) loss of or damage caused directly or indirectly through theft by deception

    SECTION 5 Windscreen Damage We will pay for broken glass in the windscreens, windows and roof of your car. We will also pay for any scratching to the bodywork of your car resulting solely and directly from the broken glass. In respect of any claim made under this Section, you will be responsible for any excess shown on the policy Schedule. This excess will not be payable by you if the glass is repaired and not replaced. Any payment made under this Section will not affect you No Claims Discount.

    SECTION 6 Emergency Treatment Fees We will pay, as required by the Road Traffic Acts, any Emergency Treatment Fees arising from an accident in which your car is involved. If this is the only payment we make, it will not affect your No Claims Discount.

    SECTION 7 Medical Expenses We will refund up to 300 per person for any Medical Expenses paid if you or your passengers are injured in an accident involving your car.

    SECTION 8 Personal Accident Benefits If you or your spouse sustain bodily injury solely as a result of an accident involving your car, or while traveling in or getting into or out of your car, we will pay to the injured person, or to such persons legal representatives, the following Benefit for: INJURY BENEFIT (I) death 5,000 (ii) total irrecoverable loss of sight 5,000 of one or both eyes (iii) loss of any limb 5,000 Provided that (i) death or loss occurs within 3 months and as a direct result of the accident (ii) such injured person is not under 16 years of age or is not more than 75 years of age at the time of

    the accident.

    Exceptions to Section 8 We shall not be liable to pay: (I) in respect of bodily injury caused by suicide or any attempt thereat. (ii) more than 5,000 for any one person during any one period of insurance. (iii) more than 10,000 during any one period of insurance. If the injured person is insured by us against Personal Accident under any other motor insurance policy, Benefit shall be recoverable under only one policy. SECTION 9 Personal Effects We will pay up to a maximum of 200 for Personal Effects carried in or on your car if lost or damaged by accident, fire theft or attempted theft.

    Exceptions to Section 9 We may not pay for: (i) money, stamps, tickets, documents or securities (ii) goods or samples carried in connection with any trade or business (iii) property insured by any other policy (iv) theft of Personal Effects if carried in an open top or convertible car, unless contained in a locked

    boot or glove compartment.

    SECTION 10 Foreign Use A Use Abroad Subject to our consent and to the payment of any required additional premium and the issue of an

    International Motor Insurance Certificate (Green Card) in respect of your car, this policy shall be operative for the period shown in the Green Card:

    (i) in any country specified (and not deleted) in the Green Card (ii) in direct connection with the transit (including processes of loading and unloading) by sea or

    rail between such countries by a recognised carrier B Spanish Bail Bond If during the period of validity of a Green Card which applies to Spain, and as a direct result of an

    accident occurring in Spain which may be the subject of indemnity under this policy, you and/or the driver of your car with your consent at the time of the accident are detained, or your car is impounded by the competent Spanish authorities and a guarantee or monetary deposit is required for release we will provide such guarantee or deposit not exceeding 1,000.

    Immediately the guarantee is released or the deposit becomes recoverable, you and the driver shall

    comply with all necessary formalities and give us all such information and assistance as we may require to obtain the cancellation of the guarantee.

    If the guarantee or deposit is wholly or in part forfeited or taken for the payment of fines or costs in

    or as a result of any penal proceedings against you or the driver you must repay such amount to us on demand

    C European Community Compulsory Insurance We will provide indemnity in the terms of this policy while your car insured by this policy is in any

    country which is a member of the EC and any other country in respect of which the Commission of the EC is satisfied that arrangements have been made to meet the requirements of any EC Directive on insurance of civil liabilities arising from the use of motor vehicles but only either to the minimum extent that liability is compulsory insurable in such country in which the vehicle is normally based, whichever is the higher including costs and expenses incurred with the Insurers consent.

    D Customs Duty Provided that liability arises directly from damage or loss covered by this policy, we will indemnify

    you against liability for the enforced payment of customs duty in any declared Country E Other Charges We will indemnify you against General Average contribution, Salvage and Sue and Labour charges

    incurred during the transportation of your car by sea. Provided always that: (i) such vehicle is covered by this policy against damage or loss; (ii) the contribution relates to the value of such vehicle.

    Car Sharing Agreement The receipt of contributions in respect of the carriage of passengers for social or similar purposes as part of a car sharing arrangement will not be regarded as the carriage of passengers for hire or reward or the use of a motor car for hiring provided that: (i) the motor car is not constructed or adapted to carry more than 8 passengers (excluding the driver) (ii) the passengers are not being carried in the course of a business of carrying passengers (iii) the total contributions received for the journey do not involve an element of profit

    General Exceptions These General Exceptions apply to the whole policy. We do NOT Insure: A any accident, injury, loss or damage occurring while any motor car insured by this policy is being: (i) used for any purpose not permitted by the effective Certificate of Motor Insurance (ii) driven by any person not described in the effective Certificate of Motor Insurance as a

    person entitled to drive (iii) driven by you unless you hold a licence to drive such motor car or have held and are not

    disqualified for holding or obtaining such a licence (iv) driven with your permission by any person who to your knowledge does not hold a

    licence to drive such motor car unless such person has held and is not disqualified for holding or obtaining such a licence

    While your car is in the custody or control of a member of the Motor Trade and used only for the

    purpose of its service upkeep or repair or is in the custody or control of a staff member of a hotel, restaurant or commercial undertaking for the purpose of parking, the indemnity provided to you is not affected by Exceptions A(i) and A(ii) above

    B any liability accepted by agreement or contract unless that liability would have existed otherwise C loss or destruction of or damage to any property whatsoever or any loss or expense whatsoever

    resulting or arising therefrom or any consequential loss or any legal liability of whatsoever nature directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to by or arising from

    (a) ionising radiations or contamination by radioactivity from irradiated nuclear fuel, or from

    any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel (b) the radioactive toxic explosive or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear

    assembly or nuclear component of it D any consequence of war invasion act of foreign enemy hostilities (whether war be declared or not)

    civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power except so far as is necessary to meet the requirements of the Road Traffic Acts.

    E any accident, injury, loss or damage (except under Liability to Third Parties - Section 1) arising

    during (unless it be proved by you that the accident, injury, loss or damage was not occasioned thereby) or in consequence of riot or civil commotion occurring elsewhere than in Great Britain, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

    F any accident, injury, loss or damage or liability in respect of any proceedings brought, or judgment

    obtained in any Court outside the United Kingdom, unless such proceedings are brought or judgment is obtained in the court of a foreign country arising out of the use of the insured vehicle in that foreign country where we have agreed to extend cover under the policy to cover such foreign use.

    G loss, destruction or damage directly occasioned by pressure waves caused by aircraft and other

    aerial devices traveling at sonic or supersonic speeds.

    H any accident, injury, loss or liability when any vehicle insured by this policy is being used or driven

    in or on any part of an aerodrome, airport, airfield or military base provided for: a. the take-off or landing of aircraft and for the movement of aircraft on the surface b. aircraft parking aprons including the associated service roads refueling areas and ground

    equipment parking areas

    CONDITIONS These Conditions Apply to the Whole Policy A You or your legal representatives shall: (i) give us notice in writing as soon as reasonably possible of any accident, injury, loss or damage

    and send to us every letter or other information in your possession without delay. (ii) inform us immediately you become aware of any civil or criminal proceedings, inquest or fatal

    injury in connection with any event for which there may be liability under this policy and send us immediately any correspondence or other documents received.

    B Except with our written consent, no admission, offer, promise repudiation payment or indemnity,

    shall be made or given by, or on behalf of, you or any person claiming indemnity under this policy. We shall be entitled to take over any conduct in your name, or in the name of such person, the

    defense or settlement of any claim or to prosecute in your name, or in the name of such person, for our own benefit any claim for indemnity or damages and shall have full discretion in the conduct of any proceedings or in the settlement of any claim.

    You and such person must give us all the information and assistance we may require.

    C You must take all reasonable steps to safeguard your car from loss or damage and to maintain it in an efficient and roadworthy condition and allow us free access to examine your car at any reasonable time.

    D If at the time any claim arises there is any other insurance covering the same loss, damage or

    liability, we shall not be liable;(except under Personal Accident Benefits - Section 8) to pay more than our rateable proportion of any loss, damage, compensation costs or expense, except as otherwise stated in this Policy.

    E This policy may be cancelled: (i) by our sending seven days notice by registered letter to you at the address last known to us and

    in the case of Northern Ireland, to the Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland and in that event we will return the premium less the proportionate part corresponding to the period the policy has been in force.

    (ii) by you at any time by sending us seven days notice in writing and in that event we will return

    the premium after deduction of premium at our short period rates for the period the policy has been in force. Provided no claim has arisen in the current Period of Cover and the effective Certificate of Motor Insurance is surrendered to us.

    F If any difference shall arise as to the amount to be paid under this policy (liability being otherwise

    admitted), such difference shall be referred to an arbitrator in accordance with the relevant law. Where any difference is by this Condition to be referred to arbitration, an award must have been

    made before you take any legal action against us. G It shall be a condition precedent to our liable that:- (i) the answers in the Proposal, which forms a basis of this contract, are complete and correct to

    the best of your knowledge and that (ii) the policy terms limitations, provisions, conditions and endorsements are observed by the

    person claiming indemnity. H Nothing in this policy, or any endorsement thereon, shall affect the right of any person indemnified

    by this policy, or of any other person to recover an amount under or by virtue of the provisions of the law of any territory in which the policy operates relating to the insurance of Liability to Third Parties. BUT you shall repay to us all sums paid by us which we would not have been liable to pay but for the provisions of such law.

    ENDORSEMENTS 01 COMPREHENSIVE COVER All Sections of this policy apply 02 THIRD PARTY FIRE & THEFT COVER Only Sections 1, 2, 4, 6, 7 and 10 of this policy apply 03 THIRD PARTY ONLY COVER Only Sections 1, 2, 6, 7 and 10 of this policy apply 04 INCREASED ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE EXCESS The Accidental Damage Excess shown in the Schedule is increased to the amount stated against

    this Endorsement whilst your car is being driven by, or in charge of the person named against this Endorsement on the Schedule.

    06 DRIVERS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE EXCLUDED Except for any person named against this Endorsement in the Schedule, we will not pay for any

    claim which arises while your car is being driven by, or in charge of any person under 30 years of age.

    07 DRIVERS UNDER 30 YEARS OF AGE EXCLUDED Except for any person named against this Endorsement in the Schedule, we will not pay for any

    claim which arises while your car is being driven by, or in the charge of any person under 30 years of age.

    08 NAMED DRIVER EXCLUDED We will not pay any claim which arises while your car is being driven by, or in the charge of, the

    person named against this Endorsement in the Schedule. 09 ADDITIONAL SECTIONS The additional Sections named against this Endorsement in the Schedule are added to this policy. 11 CAR NOT OWNED BY THE INSURED The interest of the owner named against this Endorsement in the Schedule is noted under this

    policy.

    12 DRIVING OTHER CARS BENEFIT DELETED We will not pay for any claim which arises whilst you or any authorised driver is driving, or in

    charge of any vehicle not owned by or being purchased by you under a Hire Purchase Agreement. 13 MEDICAL EXPENSES DELETED Medical Expenses (Section 7 of this policy) does not apply. 14 PERSONAL ACCIDENT BENEFITS DELETED Personal Accident (Section 8 of this policy) does not apply. 15 PERSONAL EFFECTS DELETED Personal Effects (Section 9 of this Policy) does not apply. 16 FIRE & THEFT ONLY COVER All cover under this Policy is suspended except for Loss or Damage by Fire or Theft (Section 4). We

    will allow a Laid Up Rebate equivalent to 70% of the pro rata annual premium in respect of the period of this Endorsement, provided your car is laid up for longer than 28 days.

    Warranted that your car is kept in a locked garage and the current Certificate of Motor Insurance is

    returned to us. 17 SUSPENSION OF COVER All cover under this policy is suspended. We will allow a suspension credit equivalent to 80% of

    the pro rata annual premium in respect of the period of this Endorsement, provided that all cover is suspended for longer than 28 days and the current Certificate of Motor Insurance is returned to us.

    18 REINSTATEMENT Endorsement number 16 and 17, whichever applies, is cancelled and cover under this policy

    reverts to that previously provided. 19 RADIOS, CASSETTES AND COMPACT DISC PLAYERS AMENDED INDEMNITY The amount we will pay in respect of permanently fitted radios, cassette or compact disc players

    and ancillary equipment, is amended to the figure stated against this Endorsement, in the Schedule. 20 WINDSCREEN DAMAGE LIMIT We will pay up to a maximum of the amount stated against this Endorsement in the Schedule in

    respect of any one occurrence under Windscreen Damage (Section 5). 21 CANCELLATION This policy is cancelled and any return of premium due to you is shown in the Schedule.

    22 MEDICAL EXPENSES - AMENDED LIMIT The amount we will pay in respect of Medical Expenses - (Section 7) in respect of injury is

    amended to the figure stated against this Endorsement in the Schedule per person. 23 PERSONAL ACCIDENT BENEFITS - AMENDED LIMIT The amount we will pay in respect of Personal Accident-(Section 8) in respect of injury is amended

    to the figure stated against this Endorsement in the Schedule and our maximum liability in any one period insurance shall be twice this figure.

    24 GARAGING OVERNIGHT We shall not be liable under Section 4 of this Policy in respect of loss or damage by theft when

    your car is parked at the address shown in the Schedule unless your car is kept in a locked garage between the hours of 10p.m. and 6a.m (BST or GMT as applicable)

    25 EMERGENCY ACCOMMODATION COSTS If the insured vehicle shown on the current Schedule is undriveable as a result of being stolen or

    damaged in an accident, we will pay up to of 80.00 to cover the cost of emergency accommodation for you and your passengers providing the incident in question occurs further than 30 miles from your normal place of residence.

    26 AGREED VALUE The maximum amount we will pay in respect of any claim under Section 3 or Section 4 in respect

    of loss or damage to your car will be value agreed by us in writing and specified in a Valuation Certificate.

    27 LIMITED MILEAGE - 1500 MILES It is agreed that your car will not be driven in excess of the above mileage in any one period of

    insurance. We will not be liable under this policy for any loss, damage or liability if the agreed mileage is exceeded.

    28 LIMITED MILEAGE - 3000 MILES It is agreed that your car will not be driven in excess of the above mileage in any one period of

    insurance. We will not be liable under this policy for any loss, damage or liability if the agreed mileage is exceeded.

    29 LIMITED MILEAGE - 5000 MILES It is agreed that your car will not be driven in excess of the above mileage in any one period of

    insurance. We will not be liable under this policy for any loss, damage or liability if the agreed mileage is exceeded.

    30 LIMITED MILEAGE - 7500 MILES It is agreed that your car will not be driven in excess of the above mileage in any one period of

    insurance. We will not be liable under this policy for any loss, damage or liability if the agreed mileage is exceeded.

    31 IMMOBILISER/ALARM WARRANTY It is a Condition of this policy that your car is equipped by approved installers with an immobiliser

    and/or alarm system is activated whenever your car is parked and unattended. Failure to comply with this condition will mean we will be unable to deal with any claim under Section 4 for loss or damage to your car by theft, attempted theft or if taken without lawful authority.

The Motor Insurance Database - Information relating to this insurance policy will be added to the Motor Insurance Database ("MID") managed by the Motor Insurers Bureau ("MIB"). MID and the data stored on it may be used by certain statutory and/or authorised bodies including the Police, the DVLA, the DVANI, the Insurance Fraud Bureau and other bodies permitted by law for purposes not limited to but including: I. Electronic Licensing II. Continuous Insurance Enforcement; III. Law enforcement (prevention, detection, apprehension and or prosecution of offenders) IV.
