Applicant; physician’s practice under goes a free funding analysis and evaluation to determine the best funding strategy.
Upon preliminary due diligence, applicant receives a funding agreement for signature.
Once application and support documents are received, final due diligence and funding underwriting will commence.
Based on information provided, a term sheet is issued for applicant’s consideration. If terms are acceptable AIF contract is issued, signed and returned.
