For NPS, there are 132 responses in total, which response rate is 42%, and there are 79 promoters, 42 passives , 11 detractors, the
NPS score of AIESEC SYSU is 52%

MR procedureAIESEC SYSU has add a procedure during the matching process, called MR procedure. Our New Peak Manager has done the MR training for the whole function in May . And then we segment every delivery into different MR Team according the department. That is one delivery is responsible one department in SYSU to do the students MR about our GV product.
