So why do you think we need to implement them? How can you properly communicate why we need to implement the team standards to your plenary?

5. REINFORCEMENTIf your team leaders are aware, have the desire, have the knowledge and ability to implement team standards. Then the only part leD for full implementaAon is.. reinforcement.
WHERE ARE WE?
Where do we want to be, and by when?
so, which stage are you? (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, or Reinforcement) and where do you want to be?
“Dude my main problem is that I can’t track team standards”
Tracking Team Standards is important. And now you have a way quarterly to check team standards implementaAon in the People Survey. However Tracking is something
you need mainly in the Reinforcement stage.
The quesAon is, does your enAty’s team leaders need tracking right now? Or do you they need awareness, desire, knowledge and ability to implement the team standards.
Find out where the challenge is and focus on that.
