AIA 2018Exhibiting Our Game-Changing

Innovations For Architects.

Our 20x30 exhibit at the 2018 AIA National Conference in New York gave us excellent opportunities to shake hands and generate high-quality leads for new business within the architectural community. On display were our bi-fold doors, our Architectural Wall System (AWS), a contemporary styled swing door and our H3 double hung. The AWS was definitely a show stopper, giving many architects an entirely new design solution. We received plenty of projects to review and scheduled lots of meetings. We even had a number of architects stop in and tell us how much they love our products.

Meet Andrea White, Our Director Of Architectural Sales. Andrea is very busy. She not only manages and develops the full network of Architectural Consultants for us, she also works on our growing marketing efforts to our architectural audience. Always on the lookout for unique opportunities to connect with architects, if you gain a new piece of business through these relationships, chances are Andrea and her team were in the background helping to make it happen.

Architectural Consultants + Architectural Services Groups Start To Finish Success

Relative to our size as a company, we invest heavily in our Architectural Consultant network and our Architectural

Services Groups. Our fenestration experts now cover the entire U.S., coast to coast, and their number continues to grow.

The unparalleled support the two groups bring to every project is indispensable. Here's a little more detail about how

the two groups facilitate projects.

Architectural Consultants Our Architectural Consultants work one-on-one with architects to drive sales and promote our brand. They develop

long-term relationships that take time to nurture, but payoff huge. Continually working hard to earn their spot as the

fenestration experts for the architectural firm, Sierra Pacific’s Architectural Consultants provide technical information, write

and consult on specifications, and conduct AIA accredited continuing education courses. Within their region, they remain

heavily involved in local AIA shows and other networking events.

Architectural Services Groups Our Architectural Services Groups (ASG) provide day-to-day oversite and management for commercial projects. They review

plans and specifications, provide shop drawings and technical support and are an invaluable communication conduit with

order entry, engineering, purchasing and manufacturing. The ASG is involved in every commercial project from design phase

through project completion, including job-site support and warranty service.

Meet Karen O’Connell, Our Director Of Commercial Sales. Karen manages all facets of our commercial business, including our Architectural Services Groups. She closes the loop between project specifics and the legal requirements, including contracts, for all commercial work. With us now for 21 years, it's safe to say Karen and her team have been directly involved in almost every commercial job that Sierra Pacific hascompleted. Just ask her. She can recount specs or project details from almost all of them.

Between exhibiting in national and regional shows and our constant marketing efforts, we continue to keep the Sierra Pacific

Windows brand front and center with architects. Our continuing education classes and product presentations are a significant

part of this. In 2017, our presentations totaled 1,318 in front of 6,600 architects. In the first half of 2018, we're at 1,053 presentations

in front of 5,111 architects. We're projecting we'll be at over 2,000 presentations for 10,000 architects by year-end. Here's a detailed
