•-Evaluate performance of all direct reports with the input from DOF and other departments if applicable.•-Accommodate any internal, external, or statutory audit requests as directed by the DOF.•-Complete Controller's Audits as assigned by Director of Finance and ensure plans & actions are documented and followed up for any gaps identified.•-Review the cases in monthly credit review meeting, when debtors fall behind in making payments•-Verify weekly flash report.•-Review the listing and reconciliation of all credit card refunds for the month. The review must include the folio with the original charge, explanation for the refund, approval for the refund, and evidence for the refund as processed against the initiating credit card number.•-Ensure the slabs for Accounts Receivable aging are adhered as per SOP.•-Sign the HLP units meter reading and rate per unit and bills along with engineering representative as applicable.•- Ensure that all allocation departments are zero.•-Ensure that balance sheet accounts are reviewed accurately with appropriate supporting documentation.•-Ensure that sub-ledgers or systems (A/P, A/R, GL, Inventory) are in balance with General Ledger.•-Ensure that inventory count is physically verified and the sheet is signed by General Accountant.•-Ensure inventory balances as per stock take reconciles to the General Ledger.•- Ensure that all rebates are passed accurately.•-Ensure a provision for bad debts: A reserve for bad debts to be maintained to cover the subsequent write-off of Accounts Receivable. The reserve should be no

less than 3% of the average non-credit card receivable balance over the most recent 12 months. (done by AR team)-Ensure that FF& E provision are made as per the management agreement•-Generate preliminary P&L for critique and distribution of preliminary P&L to department heads / executive committee.•-Critique the P&L results along with the GM, Director of Finance and department heads for each period. Investigate and resolve the unusual variances. Identify and implement corrective actions.•-Verify and upload the Hyperion file (P&L) by 4th of subsequent month.•-Verify all Marriott Reporting subsequent to the month end for accuracy and timeliness.•- Review balance sheet accounts accurately with appropriate supporting documentation.•-Verify Assets and Liabilities reconciliation by 15th of subsequent month as per SOP.-Assist the DOF for preparing the monthly forecast and Budget
