- CAPABILITY STATEMENT “Al Hashemi” was established in 1983 by a UAE. National architect and ranks as one of the

leading local Consultant firms in the United Arab Emirates, Al Hashemi provided variety of

consulting services which included, Master Planning, Architectural, Engineering, and Site

Supervision.

Since its inception, Al Hashemi motto has been to meet the design, budget and quality

requirements of many clients and have completed projects ranging from personal luxury villas

to high rise commercial / residential buildings, hotels industrial structures, institutional and

Health facilities.

Al HASHEMI team will bring specific specialized skills to bear on the successful development of

the projects. The quality team comprised of design, construction and management specialist

with broad spectrum of disciplines needed to create today’s complex building programes.

Al Hashemi design experience goes further away from the borders of U. A. E. For a number of

years, now, we are collaborating with some reputed foreign companies such as M/s Australian

Design Group and M/s. Meinhardt, M/s. CBM Engineering Group and M/s. HDR of USA, M/s.

Sobaek of Germany.

We have been the first local company in U.A.E. to introduce post-tensioning construction to the

extent which is known today in the local construction market, through our cooperation with M/s

Meinhardt of Australia. A number of projects today have been executed using this state of the

Art technology under our supervision.

New advanced technology and computer services are being used by Al Hashemi since 1985.

Infact, Al Hashemi has been the first Company in Dubai to make project designs fully in

AutoCAD. Constant upgrading of staff members through seminars, workshops and short

courses is the standing order of the Management of the company.

With total of 24 experienced draftsman working on AutoCAD and Micro-station, and more than

60 engineers and architects who are all computer literate we can involve other workforce from

our associated firms.

RSIDENTIAL COMPLEX: Proposed residential complex (G+3) on plot no. 245-511 at Al Muhausanah for M/s. Government of Dubai – Real Estate. The urban design comprises related facilities (restaurants, mall center, Mosque)

ARABIAN BAY – THE SOUK: Proposed commercial / residential complex at Al Jadaf Area. The Souk site is located as a part of phase I of Arabian Bays which has close proximity to Dubai International Air Port, Deira and the emerging Financial District which contains the DIFC, Emirates Towers, Burj Dubai and Business Bay Developments a few kilometers to the south on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Fist Gulf Bank Tower: Proposed office building, W-1 plot C18 – at Abu Dhabi for M/s. First Gulf Bank. The proposal offer most modern A+ class skyscraper with office space reflecting the high global standard and which is being arranged in any manner such as to satisfy the requirements of the most demanding tenants. The building is not only modern architecture, but also excellent usable attributes: office premises are arising on the surface area of 63,000 m2 in the 38-story tower, creating convenient conditions for unique interior arrangement.
