SUMMARYDuring the FY 16 SAP workshop, City

Council expressed a desire to study additional parking for city facilitiesThe existing house at 213 Henderson would

be demolished to accommodate this planOverland Partners created a design that

would add eleven (11) additional parking spaces taking the total to 52 and 4 ADA spaces. This does not include FD and PW spaces

SUMMARY CONT’DA landscape plan has also been designedNew landscaping plan would better shield

the neighborhood from the parking lot and facilitiesPricing obtained for demolition, electrical,
