Corporate Services
Ms Lucille Macaties was employed as the AgriSETA
Receptionist replacing Ms Amanda Victor who was then
appointed as Senior Admin Assistant in the Corporate
Services Department.
ETQA
After the resignation of Mr Ntokozo Lwandle, Ms Minah
Matloa was appointed as the Quality Control Co-ordinator
Monitoring.
Mr Koos Sihlangu the Skills Delivery Administrator was
transferred to the ETQA Department as the Administrator.
Ms Lulu Engelbrecht the Grants Assistant was transferred
to the ETQA Department as the Administrative Assistant.
Skills Planning
Ms Stella Mokgoko the Administrative Assistant in the
Quality Assurance Department was transferred to the Skills
Planning Department as Data Capturer.
Mr Itumeleng Kgwadi the Data Capturer in the Skills Plan-
ning Department was transferred to the Land Restitution
Department as the Admin Assistant.
Mr Sipho Ndala, the Data Capturer was transferred to the
Mandatory Grants Department as Grants Assistant.
Mr Johann Engelbrecht the Skills Planning Manager was
promoted as Operations Manager.
Finance
Ms Shereen Wentzel the Acting Sub-Sector Committee
Co-ordinator was transferred to the Finance Department
as the Finance Co-ordinator.
Ms Rosa Ballard was employed as the Senior Finance
Co-ordinator.
STAFF DEVELOPMENT
Staff development is one of the core visions of the CEO
who believes that the SETA can only perform better with
well-trained and equipped staff.
Staff members attended the following courses:
1. Messrs Madiba, Mamabolo, Phetla, Engelbrecht and
Ms A Labuscagne attended a 2-day Programme in
Disciplinary Enquiries at the Workplace hosted by the
University of Pretoria and a 1-day workshop on the
Prescripts of King III & Good Governance Practices
hosted by Uriel Consulting.
2. Mmes Ballard, Dhlongolo, Du Preez, Gerber, Isaacs,
Labuscagne, Masombuka, Matloa, Mphele, Ntoule,
Kok and Wentzel attended a 1-day in-house Office
Management course, hosted by Strawberry Training.
3. Mr Phetla and Ms Labuscagne attended a 3-day course
on “How to Develop, Write and Implement Clear and
Concise Policies and Procedures, hosted by Alusani
Skills & Training Network.
4. Ms Macaties, Messrs Mahlangu and Meko attended a
1-day course in “Frontline Excellence”, hosted by The
Peer Group.
5. Bursaries were awarded to the following staff
members:
