Cofresh Snack Foods We have been associated with the CBBC for over two years now and have found the organisation to be of significant benefit to us. We have worked with them on a number of fronts ranging from sales network events through to market studies.
- Rahin Kidy, Head of Export
• Background: UK’s leading Indian snack brand targeted Chinese market.
• Results: • CBBC facilitated partner introductions and regional exhibitions throughout
China to raise brand awareness. • Conducted a market research project that shaped the profile of the
businesses Cofresh needed to engage with. • After entering the China market in 2015, Cofresh Snack Foods are already in

Ella’s Kitchen
The CBBC have been an extremely useful resource to Ella’s Kitchen as a business as our focus on the Chinese market has ramped over the last 2 years. Their team of experts are well positioned to validate our ideas for expansion into the market, particularly surrounding routes to market, strategy by channel and partner selection. The CBBC’s ability to network us with their other members, has been really valuable, and we have made specific decisions with regards to our brand development as a result of discussing our ideas and taking the learnings from other brands within the CBBC network.
- Paul Baker, International Sales Controller
• Background: award-winning organic baby and toddler food brand pursued structured strategy in order to expand imports into China as well as maintain premium image.
• Results: • CBBC guided Ella’s Kitchen to segment the market place and
secured IP registration. • Assessed performance of current partners, introduced to e-
commerce platforms and retailers, strategised to consolidate the fragmented product information and sales channels.
• Ella’s Kitchen’s China sales reached 900k pounds in a crowded market within two years.
