• The Royal Government of Cambodia has paid more attention to quality training management in higher education.
• An Accreditation Committed of Cambodia (ACC) for Higher Education was established in 2003 to monitor the quality of training and to ensure that graduates are capable and of sufficient quality to work for the socio-economic development of the country.
