MARKET WRAP

Jeera futures (Feb) closed down by 0.20 per cent amid volatility.

Mentha Oil continued its downtrend went down by 0.96 per cent.

Turmeric futures witnessed profit booking, down by 1.26 per cent.

Cardamom prices for the month of February rose today after traders and speculators

created fresh positions in the commodity due to higher demand at the spot market on

hopes of improved export demand. The prices of Cardamom (Feb) is likely to improve

further on restricted supplies and increased demand, which has supported the uptrend.
