The Se'ond +art, 'on4i'ted for 4io(ation of the La! in for'e in the territor, of #ndiaor an, other (a! of the 'o/ntr, or area !here it has performed the ser4i'es$

The Se'ond +art, 4io(ates an, pro4ision mentioned in Arti'(es B abo4e. and had

been fair(, pro4ed to ha4e 4io(ated s/'h pro4ision after 'aref/( in4estiation$

The *irst +art, is dissatisfied !ith the ser4i'es of the Se'ond +art,$
